Carlo taught our class- he was amazing!! Very funny and connected well with all ages. Great for the whole family, his youth was to his advantage as he was energetic and engaged with each person individually. This class is a ton of fun, the food is delicious, and our teacher made it excellent. Cannot recommend this enough. You will not be disappointed!

This is definitely a fun way to spend an evening in Rome. Chef Davide is fun and informative and of course, patient to those of us needing a little extra help. The class size is perfect as we had 9. The restaurant is near the Vatican as we met near the Museum entrance and walked the few blocks to the restaurant while Davide gave us a history lesson of the area. When we arrived, we were greeted with an aperitif and parmesan chips as well as bruschetta as the chef talked about our menu and his history. It is a very welcoming environment and a perfect end to our first day in Rome. We started with a tiramisu lesson and each made our own custom cup with all different kinds of toppings available. We then moved into the pasta. Each step is discussed and the chef patiently assists everyone to ensure our pasta is perfect! This was a lot of work! But, so much fun. We each had our own station to work together only sharing a few tools as needed. We made ravioli and a pasta of our choosing depending on how we wanted the pasta served. The pasta was accompanied by one glass of wine. It would have been nice to have an extra glass or two! ; ) We finished our two entrees with our tiramisu and more discussion about Italian food and tips. We received an email afterwards with all the recipes including a few extras that we discussed. I highly recommend this option when visiting Rome!

I had two tens and two young 20 year olds in my group and the 6 of us had a great time! The chefs were great. Very friendly! They serve a nice simple appetizer with a drink of choice upon arrival. Then you enjoy the fruits of your labor for dinner along with another drink of choice. I’m excited to remake the recipes I learned! The pasta tasted delicious!

We were greeted by Davide who passionately accompanied throughout the process of creating Tiramisu and Pasta from scratch. We were served a bruschetta and a spritz while Davide prepared the table. We started with the Tiramisu and Davide kindly obliged to my allergies although I missed too advice him beforehand. Next we proceeded to make the pasta from the basics - flour, eggs etc. Davide showed us some techniques to kneed the dough and then proceeded to make different shapes of pasta accompanied with an explanation on how to choose the right pasta for the different sauces. Worked our dough into tagliatelle and ravioli. Chose the sauces and enjoyed our handmade creations.
We enjoyed ourselves in a relaxed atmosphere. I recommend to couples and would see it a very good team building experience.
Again grazie Davide for the good time.

David the chef was brillant the entire way through this class, from easy to follow instructions on where to meet to reviews of where is great to eat/drink around Rome. We followed up on all his recommendations and they didn’t disappoint. The class itself was easy to follow but fresh pasta was made from scratch and you got to pick your flavour of sauces! I would highly recommend for something different to do in Rome

We had a great time with Davide as he showed us how to make tiramisu and ravioli late in October. Davide is both fun and serious about food- a great combination so we all got a lot from the lesson.

Since returning to New Zealand we have made both recipes a few times and remember a great afternoon in Roma.

I took my two daughters(13 and 10) to this class. It was their idea to do this class. As for me, I would like to do more sightseeing but it was a worth it. I enjoyed it myself too. It was in clean setting, easy and fun. Mateo who taught us was very friendly, fun and give individual attention. Our family enjoyed very much and had a good memory of Rome.

We are making pasta at home now! Chef Davide is an incredible teacher. It was surprisingly relaxing. I felt like I was hanging out with friends for the evening. My son has autism but dreams of working in culinary arts. Chef Davide had him following right along and my son's knife work was the best of our group. We did the entire course on the outdoor patio surrounded by the sights and sounds of Rome. We did this as our last event on our trip and it brought perfect closure to our time in Italy. We have since come home and have made our own pasta! To me, that was the true test of how great of a teacher Chef Davide is...we will get to re-live our fantastic Italian vacation for years and years to come.
