This is a total con. They buy standard tickets online for €18 and resell them with a huge mark up without providing any service to the customer. In my case they failed to email the tickets to me so we wasted half a day arguing with the staff at the Colosseum. When I called them, they lied repeatedly before admitting that they couldn’t get hold of the right member of staff. Tripadvisor should be ashamed of themselves for allowing these rip off merchants to advertise on their site.…

We were supposed to meet at 12.30, but the staff first arrived at 13.00. They were nice and apologized but it all seemed a bit unprofessional.

I always book on Viator or Trip Advisor and trust the reviews. This was billed as a small group VIP experience and we were with a group of 30 for this tour. Our guide was excellent with great knowledge but very difficult to follow or hear until we received headsets. We booked a SMALL GROUP experience for a reason and did not receive what we expected unfortunately.…

I have no idea how long it takes to get into the Colosseum with a regular ticket but I'm sure it's more than 15 minutes at the height of summer. Plus you don't have floor access. We had an appointment to go in the back entrance. We might have waited 15 minutes to go in. After we got in, we were on the arena floor for about 20 minutes with maybe one other group of 20. Our group was about 20 too. We had plenty of room to walk around even though the rest of the Colosseum was crowded. …
