Marco picked us up from our cruise ship and took us to many of the great sites in Rome. We only had one day there, but he helped us fit in so much. We would have never been able to do it on our own.  As an added bonus, he was a wealth of knowledge on the history of Rome. Our young daughters loved the history lesson about the history and culture of Rome.. We ended our tour with lunch at one of his favorite Trattorias, where we had a fantastic meal, and they treated us so warmly. Can't wait to go back, and we'll definitely call upon Marco and Jimmy Tour again!

We where absolutely delighted by the service provided by Jimmy Tour, we had previously booked cars to take us to and from the airport but after having to expand our luggage allowance we where provided with a minivan at no extra cost, Anthony was very professional, helpful and polite. We also booked a car to take us to Anzio Beach Head War Cemetery and we where greeted in our hotel by Marco. Marco was a lovely person again very polite and professional, he spoke to us about the history surrounding us as we drove, he recommended places for us to visit / try food and also took an interest in the differences and similarities in Glasgow to Rome. He offered to accompany us if needed to the cemetery incase we needed a little help speaking to anyone who didn't not understand us very well or vice versa. He also asked permission to lift my daughter from the car seat provided by the company into her pram which I thought was very polite, he also offered to cover the window for her if the sun was too bright and on the way back Marco offered to drop us an alternative venue instead of at the hotel like I had requested in booking if this helped us so we requested The Colosseum as we hadn't visited yet. As we requested a car seat was provided for my daughter on each of our journeys, the driver always arrived early and we had an all in all pleasant experience. We are hoping to return to Rome and when we do we intend on booking again with Jimmy Tour not only for transfers but for city tours as well, If you are going to Rome and need transportation any where you will not be disappointed by the service provided it was outstanding as is the city itself!

Well, let's hope so! This is a very affordable luxury and it isn't fattening either, so indulge.

We have used this service from/to Fiumicino six times and here is what is consistent: They are always early, the cars are spotless inside and out, the drivers make a very smooth ride out of streets and traffic that can often be a bit challenging and I don't think they have raised their prices in six years, probably to compete with the established taxi fare to/from Fiumicino. The owner, Marco, does his share of the work and if you are lucky enough to have him as the driver you will learn a great deal about Rome that you will not read in the guide books or on the web.

We would consider this service as an indispensable part of visiting Rome.

Marco picking us up from the port and driving us to our Rome hotel surpassed any other Rome tours we did. His service was phenomenal, you will feel like a royalty. His suggestions of places to and restaurants to go to are better than any travel book out there. You will feel safe and well taken care of. Very polite, well dressed and speaks perfect English. Above all, you'll feel like you found a friend. Grazie amico mio!

Jimmy Tour Rome was recommended to my husband and I by his business colleague… Hiring them was the best decision we made in planning our trip to Italy! Marco, the president, personally drove us around Rome and set-up our Vatican tour (with Margarit). The tours were incredibly informative but not information overload. As we walked through the Vatican my husband and I were so happy we decided to tour with Jimmy Tour and not in a big tour group. Our tour guides were happy to take photos of us at any point and did everything on our time.

One of things we liked most about Jimmy Tour was the reliability and honesty of all the tour guides. We had very little time in Rome and Jimmy Tour truly made it memorable.

We also hired them to drive us to and from the airport. Marco personally drove us even on his day off. He was always on time and willing to help with any questions we had during our two week stay in Italy even if it was not in Rome.

We highly recommend them!

We left Ft Lauderdale, Florida in America on a 8 day Atlantic Ocean crossing. We entered the Mediterranian Sea with many Ports of Calls until we arrived in Rome. There, my husband had arranged for "Jimmy Tours" to meet us at the Port and had arranged a 4 day tour of Italy with this tour/STEAL ALL YOUR BELONGINGS GYPSY!!!!! We were met by a "owner" in a classy business suit who loaded all our luggage into the small Mercades, 3 in the trunk and 1 in the front passengers seat. He continued with his quest to aske over and over, did you want to stop and see a exquisite Catholic church before we entered the Rome wall. I told him 3 times, that's not on our tour list and wanted to go to the Hotel and we could leave our luggage with the Consierge and he said 3 times "You will miss a most beautiful site???" WELL, he pulled up to it and asked "We Go?"""" I said, take me to our hotel, yet my husband said "we are here???". Then the owner/driver flung his suit coat into the trunk of the car and ask did I want to leave my purse. Not NO but ___ll NO...Praise God. When we came out 15 mins later, the trunk was popped and all our luggage was GONE..This is a Gypsy group......STAY AWAY FROM THEM AND PASS THE WORD

The driver a well dressed polite man, Tony met us at the airport in a beautiful roomy Mercedes Van took our luggage and drove us to our hotel on the Villa Borghese Marriott Grand Flora. In the morning Tony arrive in a suit although it was over 90 degrees and took us on a half day tour of Rome. We went to the Colosseum, arch of Constantine, Capitaline Hill, Trevi Fountain( current being cleaned for 2 year project), Mouth of Truth, Pantheon, Circus Maximus, Spanish Square and three extra stops in a couple of basilicas one of which was Location: San Pietro in Vincoli
To see Michelangelo's Sculpture of Moses. This was mind blowing! He also took us to an additional stop at Aventine Hill: Keyhole view of Vatican. Looking thru a keyhole you get an unobstructed view of the Vatican. This was a wonderful tour with a safe courteous drive. We we so impressed that we booked the same driver for a tour tomorrow of the a Tivoli Gardens. The. Private tours are well worth the money charged. Thank you Jimmy Tours! Graze! Request Tony.

My advice is: if you have limited time in Rome, and are serious about truly seeing and experiencing this great city, go with Jimmy Tour. The proprietor, Marco Vicaro, is a walking encyclopedia on all things Roman, speaks fluent English, and is delightfully personable. True, a private limousine will cost you more, but it's money well spent for EFFICIENCY'S sake alone. In the past, I've taken part in various group and, worse, bus tours. Sure it's cheap, but I often miss a lot of what is being said as a group has a life of its own, and the guide seems to spend much time just trying to keep in organized. Not so with a private guide. YOU are the focus of the tour, and Marco knows the city like to back of his hand. He'll get you to any site in his fine automobile like only an expert can. His tour was wonderfully convinient, stimulating, and a life long cherished memory for me. When it comes to a tour of an extraordinary city like Rome, do not pinch pennies.

We were in 5 person and took Rome at night with his company in Sept 30th.
The guide (driver), was excellent, he conducted and explained all the points we passed.
Many curiosities that we cannot find in books, was explained and my father loved his knowledge and patience with us.
He did with no stress and made our trip enjoyable.
When he stopped in some places to us to take pictured and walk, my mother stayed inside of the mini bus because she was feverish. Afther end the trip, she said that he was worried with her and all the time was checking if everything was ok.
It was really above of our expectation.
