Our tour with Andrea and our driver Serghei was exceptional. Serghei was prompt and efficient. Andrea’s knowledge of Rome, particularly knowing the best time of day to see each site, was beyond welcome. He was great with our daughters, engaging them at each site, making them feel a part of history. We highly recommend this tour for any family!

Booking and paying were easy, immediate, and safe! The agency told me they would have chosen a child-friendly guide, and it was so! My concern was that my children could get bored. The guide was at the meeting point with a big smile for our kids and conducted the tour taking particular care of the kids. The Museums are definitely worth the visit! The Sistine Chapel and the Basilica are amazing! We enjoyed this tour and recommend it.

Dear Kiko, Thank you for taking the time to write this review!!! We are happy that this experience met your expectations and you enjoyed the Vatican so much! Cecilia, like many of our guides, is very attentive to children's needs. It allows their parents to have a relaxing tour. Thank you for suggesting this tour to others. We hope to meet you again in the future!

Our tour started off great! Our driver was at our hotel on time and took us to the Vatican. There we met our guide, Valter. The Vatican was VERY crowded & hot, but Valter was knowledgeable & pointed out many things along the way to pass time as we waited in line moving from room to room. Next, we made stops at the Piazza Navona, Pantheon & Trevi Fountain. During this portion, it was apparent that our driver was new. He had trouble navigating the busy streets & our guide had to often tell him turn-by-turn directions. This caused delays in our day, led to more walking, as well as distracted the guide. This cause us not to see the Spanish Steps - this was a big bummer. We had lunch right outside the Colosseum which was great & a good break from the hot day. After lunch we proceeded to the Colosseum. Here it seemed like our guide simply ran out of gas. During a quick bathroom break, he even implied we could just stop & stay at the restaurant for the rest of the day. We drugged through the Palatine & then took another break at a viewpoint where our guide pointed-out buildings of the Forum, but on the way down to actually see the Forum, our guide 'suddenly realized' it was almost 4:30 & abruptly called our driver to pick us up. Our only tour of the Forum was on our way to the pick-up point. My wife & I were shocked at the abruptness of the end of the tour & the lack of effort/enthusiasm in the afternoon portion, especially for the amount of money we paid for this tour.

Katelyn… It is a shame we did not receive this feedback immediately! At least, we could recover with a stop at the Spanish Steps after the tour…It was our obligation to bring you there and we did not! I perfectly understand it is frustrating to go to the other side of the world and miss something so important. I know my apologies are not enough, unfortunately. Neither the driver not the guide had this simple idea. You are right about the driver. It was his first tour of this type. Even if a more expert colleague showed him the itinerary the day before, he got confused. The guide excuses for the joke he tried to make. Different sense of humour without intention of being disrespectful: Out of the restaurant, you needed to go to the bathroom. Rather than go to the public toilet you preferred to stop at a pub where you drank a beer. He wanted to be funny answering to your words about how hot it was outside and said that inside it was much better. He did not mean to tell you it was better to stay there, rather then visit the Colosseum… The terrace of the Palatine is the best point of view over the entire Forum, but not only this. The guides make a stop there to show the monuments that once were there; a much better comprehension of the whole. As you probably noticed, there are mostly bases of columns. Monuments at the “ground floor” seem like shapeless ruins and the portion of the Forum is difficult to identify (as you stated when out of the site ). The time spent inside the Forum is about 1 hour ( half on its top and half inside ). I know it is not much time considering 2.000 years of history to talk about. I love it because every time you go there you learn and see something new. …schedule is strict but we are always happy to welcome our clients request when possible…I am sorry we did not understand your needs. I hope you can come back and be our guest for the visit of Ancient Rome and, of course of the Spanish steps.

We had done this tour today. So all comments fresh from memory. Wanted to make sure to write a review as I was hesitant to sign up for this pricey option without reading somebody’s comments. Yet, I knew what we wanted and this was the perfect way to spend one day in Rome. We arrived last night and leaving tomorrow. So it is really one full day is Rome. Not more. We wanted to cover maximum square-footage without deep diving but good overview of main sightseeing points. I didn’t have time nor desire figuring out how to commute in Rome, or making sure we have entrance tickets to all attractions, standing in lines etc. After booking this tour this is what happened: the driver and guide were at the hotel exactly at assigned time. We were loaded into a Mercedes minivan like VIPs. We started with Coliseum because apparently tourists from cruises arrive later and it becomes super crowded. Guide was with us through whole tour. Without her, we would stare st old rocks. With her - it was history. At any spots we hardly waited. She maneuvered the crowds bringing us to best points. We were served lunch at a restaurant by Vatican. At the end dropped of back at hotel. The price really covered everything. I only pulled out wallet to buy souvenirs.
Btw, before booking, I called the company directly as I had some questions. I was impressed by getting all my answers from first person on the phone and we connected through whatsup to message easily. Yes, it wasn’t cheap. But I and my family agreed - worth it.

Trying to visit the many beautiful sites in Italy is challenging. We decided to take a day trip from Rome to Venice by Train. Left the hotel at 6:50am and returned in the evening at 11:00pm. The trip was will coordinated, from our hotel pickup to ensuring we got on the right train, our tour guide (Donatella) met us in Venice. She coordinated our tour and was very knowable concerning the history of Venice. She made sure we got back on the right train at 6:30pm. Our driver was waiting for us when we returned to Rome and drove us to our hotel.
I would definitely recommend this trip.

Rome is not built in one day. Rgv incoming tour company helped us visit all major sites in one day. We were picked up at the hotel at 8:00 am with seperate tour guide and driver. Our driver dropped us off to the closest location to each site and our tour guide Robert accompanied us during each site visit. Together we visited Pantheon, Colosseum, Roman Forum, Piazza Navona, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Basilica of San Clemente. Lunch is also included in this tour. Robert is very knowledgeable. He showed us pictures of colosseum before and after, explained the secrets for the wind tunnel. He shared a lot of fun and intersting stories about each site. Robert also asked about what other sites we would like to visit. I told him about Mouth of Truth (Bocca della Verità). Robert brought us there. The tour ended around 3:30. The entire tour is VIP experience.

Rgvincoming is an excellent tour company. They got in touch with me before I left for Italy and informed me that Vatican city is not open on Sunday. My family has a very tight travel schedule and doesn't allow any mistake. They helped me set up the Vatican tour on Saturday. The driver picked us up from the hotel. Our tour guide Robert met us at the Vatican city entrance. He led us navigate through the long lines and visited Vatican museum, the Basilica and the Sistine Chapel. He is very knowledgable and he picked out the interesting facts and shared with us his insights about different art pieces. It is a very well-orgnized tour, very educational, very interesting and no time wasted.

This day trip to Venice was the highlight of our vacation. Our guide Daria was great, as were the rest of the team. It was really nice to not have to worry about the logistics, especially as we had some older travelers in our group.
