We booked this bus tour as for a family of 4, 2 x adults, 1 x 17 and 1 x 11 was the most economical way of taking a ride around the city to view the sights. Cost was €69 for a full day pass,...More

No matter how good the sales guy tells you this alternative company is...pay a little bit extra and get on the red hop on / hop off. We were mis-sold out tickets and the woman on the bus was rude and didn't care. Terrible customer...More

We took the hop-on hop-off tour today and it was by far the worst traveling experience I've ever had. For starters, you're not dropped off at the attractions themselves. You still have to walk about 10-15 minutes to get to each place, so you'd be...More

The green hop on hop off is a complete rip off. Should have read the trip advisor reviews before wasting 50 euros for practically nothing. They don't run to schedule, the busses fill up and they turn people away, they stop ad hoc for a...More

Tough to rate the tour because Vatican was so busy in the afternoon but the guide was very knowledge. I liked that we met at their office before heading over we were late and they were able to come back to get us!

This hop on, hop off bus service promises to run every ten minutes. Do not believe it. Lucky to run every 30 minutes and then will stop for no reason at the train station or elsewhere for 20 minutes or so while the staff do...More

Bought a three day ticket for this tour on a whim, but I should have went with my instinct and booked with BigBus instead. Unfortunately I got talked into going with this tour group after being offered an incentive discount for three days (However I've...More

Too horrible/chaotic to believe. Hop-on-off. Random stops . Absolutely no reason for most of the stops No people to pick up. No sites to see. One stop was 17 minutes in front of a dumpster. The tape recordings were about 4-5 sentences long and did...More

I have reviewed Green Line Tours before regarding our use of the company during our honeymoon in Rome in April of 2016. Not impressed at all. The Vatican Museum tour was by far one of the worst tours I have ever taken. My husband (his...More

Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only
way to describe the Esquilino neighborhood. The
Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas
in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s
famous seven hills. From an ancient neighborhood to
its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub,
Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot

Good luck with that. They are not the best tour company and, I feel, not run efficiently. I was so unhappy with a tour that we complained to the owner of our hotel who uses the company for the tours that they offer. He was... More

Why am I not surprised? Green Line tours ranks near the bottom of more than 2500 Rome attractions. If only we had known they were the operation our hotel had sent us to. Almost like getting my pocket picked!
