We booked last minute at 4:30am our Green Line Tours on a Sunday, May 7th to travel to Capri. Silvia our guide and Hiro the Japanese tour guide were excellent guides. Boarded the bus at 7:22am and roughly a 90 minute bus ride to Naples....More

Don't bother with this company. There were a few issues with the tour but the biggest was that we were led to believe our tour was in English but it was really 20% incomprehensible English, 80% Spanish. Our local guide Guido meant well, but really...More

Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only

its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub,
Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot

Good luck with that. They are not the best tour company and, I feel, not run efficiently. I was so unhappy with a tour that we complained to the owner of our hotel who uses the company for the tours that they offer. He was... More

hello Green Line Tours I have just booked the Classical Rome City Tour and now I've read reviews of your company. I can't see any good reviews? What the problem? I do hope that I can write a favourable report after our trip in May!! Any comments from you would be happily received! Winsome L. Newcastle Australia

I already took a tour so don't need to ask any questions. I have put and will continue to put bad reviews as the company did not provide the service or give me a refund the same day I booked and paid for 3 tours and as the first was a disaster we cancelled the other 2 the same day and were told no refund. I want a full refund AU$300 for the 2 tours paid and not provided by this company.

Why am I not surprised? Green Line tours ranks near the bottom of more than 2500 Rome attractions. If only we had known they were the operation our hotel had sent us to. Almost like getting my pocket picked!
