Honestly the highlight of my trip to Rome! A must do for runners of all abilities. Claudia is so knowledgeable and friendly that I instantly warmed to her and felt safe along the early morning streets of the city (a perfect time to see all the sites without the crowds).

Thank you Claudia - the run was an amazing way to start my day ❤️

My wife and I had a pretty great running experience with Dario. This is the first time we did such a running tour and it's a great way to experience Rome. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone who enjoys running and wants to see and hear about the sites of Rome. The runs usually take place in the morning, before the city center is full of people, which is another plus.

Running 21km through Rome with Claudia was an unforgettable way to experience the city. I saw a mix of iconic landmarks and hidden gems, all while the city was just waking up. Claudia's expert guidance and perfect pacing made it an amazing morning. Highly recommend this unique tour!

Met with Simone outside my hotel at 6:00am and we went on a 10.3km tour of Rome at a leisurely 6:23 /km pace.

Saw numerous attractions around the city while having almost no other tourists around. Simone explained the history of the sites, as well as showing parts of Rome I probably would not have discovered on my own.

Running at 6am around Rome provided a way to see the city before it gets busy.

Absolutely was worth it and I recommend booking a tour with them.

For any runner that is looking to see Rome, I’d 100% recommend this being the way to do it. Claudia was a fantastic guide. We covered a ton of ground and history on our 15km run. Rome is a city with lots of streets and history in little nooks and crannies, so being able to explore it this way was both super efficient and engaging. Thank you for such a great experience! Also, if you love cats, be sure to mention that, as Rome has some great cat destinations hahaha

I had an a great experience with the 5km running tour led by Claudia. Claudia was knowledgeable, sharing insights about the city's landmarks and history as we ran. She was considerate of my pace, (bring a slower runner!) yet we managed to cover a lot of ground and see many iconic sights. It was the perfect combination of fitness and exploration. I highly recommend this tour for anyone looking to see Rome in an active and enjoyable way!

The whole run was fantastic with Dario. Keeping away us from the main roads, using his knowledge of his home city meant we were treated to some very special sights without the hundreds of tourists.
He met us at our hotel at 6am and was happy to keep to the slower runners (me) pace. I would 100% recommend this if you enjoy running (it's not a walking tour!)
Dario knows all the best places to go! He even knows where to stand for the best views and photos. This was our first time going on a running tour and it will not be our last! I think its my most favourite way to see the sights

I booked 2 days prior by contacting them on what's app directly. Simone arranged a date and time right away and met me at my hotel at 6:30 am the day after. He took me all over the city , sharing his knowledges in an engaging and entertaining way.
I also mentioned I was a moderate runner before booking . We actually ended up running about 10 km that morning at a moderate pace and time flew by!
If you enjoy jogging , I highly encourage everyone to contact them when in Rome, it is a great way to start a day, learning about this beautiful city.
I would recommend what's app contact as I tried by email first and got a reply much later. Thank you Simone, I would definitely do it again, felt totally safe as well!

I traveled to Rome with my family in July 2023. Although it was my third visit to that beautiful city, it was my first visit since I am a runner. I was looking for a safe way to go out on some runs during my stay without impacting the family schedule. After reading some positive feedback on SPQ Run, I booked a run with Barbara, at 6 am. Barbara met me right next to the place I was staying and we went for a 8k run to see some popular attractions (Piazza Navona, Spanish Steps, Trevi fountain, Pantheon, Coliseum) while the city was still asleep. What a joy to re-discover these amazing places with an experienced and local runner! I loved it so much I booked 2 others runs (10k and 11k) with Simone. Simone gave me tons of explanations on what I was seeing and I learned so much more about Rome. I saw the city with fresh eyes and fell even more in love with it. I could not recommend more going out for a run (or more than once) with that team. There is no better way to experience Rome than running in its streets with a local. I got some great pictures out of it too ;) Thanks for everything, Dario, Barbara and Simone. This was definitely a highlight of my trip to Italy.

Very friendly guide, Giovanni, met me at the Metro Station near where I was staying & took me on a really enjoyable run before all the tourists! We hit all the major spots, took some snaps & we’re also able to get some real panoramic views of the city. It was great to have someone who knew where they were going & knew so much about the city. It was a complete pleasure running with him and highly recommended!
