We recently visited Rome over there Easter break and booked a private golf buggy tour for our group of 5 people. The driver; Domenico was excellent in the Rome traffic and our tour guide Francesca was superb! What she doesn't know about Rome isn't worth knowing! She kept us all informed and entertained throughout the tour and we thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. We also booked a Colosseum/Roman Forum tour with Francesca and that too, was excellent! We will definitely be booking with you again. I cannot recommend you highly enough.

I fell in love with this city from the very first time I came to Rome. I love stroll through the streets in particular at the time of sunset after the heat of the day and get lost for a while among amazing buildings, squares, ruins of the Eternal City.
A friends of mine suggested The San Giovanni in Laterano tour with after The Sunset Tours. Please, do yourself a favor and go to see this Italian jewel when in Rome with these local expert. My daughter and I had a fabulous time and our guide, Walter, was great, fun and informative. I highly recommend taking this tour!

I was super lucky to have Francesca Bennardo as my AWESOME tour guide. She is very professional and very friendly! Because of her, I came back to Egypt with lots of historical information about people and places that I’ve always wanted to visit and know more about. I would definitely HIGHLY recommend Francesca for anyone who’s visiting Italy!!!

Thank you for an amazing tour of the Colosseum! Francesca was fantastic with my 7-year old son, really warm and dynamic, with facts and information that captured his imagination. He said that she made the tour really exciting. If you are doing a tour, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Francesca as your guide!

We had a really great experience on our tour with Francesca. She was extremely knowledgable and had an easy manner with our kids (ages 6-13). We all loved the tour and learned a lot. She also made it easy, with simple coordination, ticket advice, etc. Highly recommended.

I wanted to do a tour in my beloved Rome in the evening to escape the heat in the day and enjoy breaze of the night doing something designed for families, with special attention to children (six-year-old son and eight-year-old daughter).
By sheer accident, I found After The Sunset Tour website and I have decided to book the "Colosseum and Ancient Rome: moonlight walking tour". Turned out to be a highlight of our Rome trip. Francesca told wonderful stories about Gladiators - one of my son's favorite subjects and she was able to caught children attention from the beginning to the end of the tour and she also provided educational-recreational activities suitable for my children's ages. We were walking around massive Colosseum through the astonishing Via dei Fori Imperiali, talking about Roman history, emperors, arts, fountains, food, life, Roman gossip and secrets as a plus we have enjoyed the sunset and the view from the Capitoline hill. I cannot say enough wonderful things about our tour. Francesca was a perfect tour guide (professional, kind, fun and very well knowledge) and our children had a fantastic time.

I have just come back from a tailored tour to Rome organized by After The Sunset Tours to celebrate my 36th birthday. We booked a 4 hours tours which included a tour guide, car, driver, apéritif and dinner. The tour began from our hotel crossing the historical centre to Trastevere.
I had the time of my life with 4 friends in the Eternal City. Silvia, my tour guide was amazing, fun and so friendly and went above and beyond to take care of me and my guest. In addition: great itinerary, amazing location, outstanding food. After The Sunset Tours provided the WOW level of service and organization. My only regret is not bringing more friends.
Loved it and will definitely do it again!

My husband and I and our 7 year old son and our teens (age 13-16 years) we planned to spend few days in Rome. I was in Rome for the third time therefore I wanted to do a tour off the usual tourist route. I have chosen to visit the St. Clement Basilica and the Gladiatorial School.
The tour lasts about 2 hours and you see inside the Basilica and go down to the underground. There are seven levels down under the church, each with its history and its charm. Really incredible. The next stop was Gladiatorial School. I thought it would be a good choice especially for children and teenagers. This site was incredibly interesting even for us adults. I enjoyed it very much. During the tour, a number of educational activities were organized for my children by our guides Francesca and they looked at the wonderful sights around us with the attentive and enthusiastic eyes. We’ve had such a great experience with Francesca, she has really been perfect in every way.
I recommend After The Sunset Tours highly and will certainly contact them each time I return to Rome.

We (2 adults and 3 children: 7-10 and 13 year old) wanted to see the Palazzo Massimo and Santa Maria degli Angel with After The Sunset Tours recommended by friends. Rome's climate in summer is relentlessly hot during the day so we booked an evening tour (and it was a really good choice!)
The children weren't keen when I told them we were visiting a church and museum, but were blown away by the amazing talents of our tour guide Francesca.
She made learning fun with some educational activities to entertain our kids.
Francesca has done an outstanding job.
The Palazzo Massimo Museum is really interesting and particular which takes visitors back to the Ancient Rome time. I have fallen completely in love with precious mosaics kept inside. Santa Maria degli Angel was a great surprise because from outside we can observe the simple and anonymous structure of the facade but once you’ve entered the church... I bet you would be enchanted, too! I am sure, we will come back to visit Rome soon because there are things we missed this time and definitely, we will contact you guys again for our next vacation. Thank you so much and see you soon.

This was our second visit to Rome!
Matthew and I had only few days and had already toured Rome in the past so we wanted a special tour and we chose to visit the Vatican at night! How magic! Rome is so incredibly beautiful and romantic under the moon! Plus we avoided the heat wave and could enjoy the tour in the cool, fresh air of the night.
We were able to see the Sistine Chapel as well and the lighting added more beauty to this amazing artwork!
Luigi is an excellent Tour Guide!

We can assist you with this via a 3 or 4 hour golf cart tour which will get you around more sites for photos faster than a walking tour. Please let me know if we can still help?
