Knowing Julia and Pino for many years I first took a baking a class with Pino in Paris. I feel that Grano &Farina is a cooking school nonpareil. Definitely highly recommended! I’ve known Pino and Julia for quite a long term and attended classes both in Paris and Rome. The last one was croissants online demo. Of course, I’m experienced chef and I know how to make croissants, but there was really fun and interesting demo with some tips and tricks and just talking, smiling and joking. Hope one day all the Coronas will fall down and we will travel and see each other in person! Hugs and best wishes for you and your tasty business!…

Hope to join them in other courses quite soon!…

On line class with Pino and team was nothing short of spectacular. Very informative, lots of "value add" with all of Pino's little tips and secrets. I met Pino in Paris at one of his then Croissant classes, when I heard he went to Rome, I was delighted as we go there often. His knowledge and confidence is so satisfying and very inspirational. Thank you!…
