We enjoyed this tour so much!! Isabetta was wonderful! She knew so much information and I really enjoyed all the pictures and maps she had so that we could see how everything was thought to have looked. She was so kind and tried very hard to keep us in the shady areas while giving us a much information as possible in the amount of time provided. She always made sure everyone was in eyes view before she would start telling the facts. If you want to learn about the history of the Colosseum, Palatine Hill and the Forum this is the tour for you!

Shoutout to our tour guide rosella she was brilliant ! She took us round the Vatican / Sistine chapel last Friday with tours of Rome and I would definitely recommend this tour . Even if you are not religious it is so impressive and magnificent to look at, it’s a must when in Rome. We only waited in line for about 5 minutes once inside rosella sorted out all our tickets, the line for people that just turned up was at least 3/4 hours long, so you must book in advance!!

The meeting point given could have been more clear of the location. It took us some extra time to find the groups meeting on the stairs just past the Café Vaticano, it wasn't easy to find the black signs.
There were at least 5 different tour guides organizing their groups all at the same time. In order to find the guide assigned you just had to bounce back and forth between all of them until finding the right one.
Once inside the Vatican our guide was very knowledgeable of the art /history of the many artifacts.
The Vatican itself was extremely packed and getting around was difficult. This actually made me enjoy the whole experience less.

We booked St. Peters, the Vatican Museums and Chapel Sistina for 3 persons and payed 193 Euros. As the Basilica of St. Peter's closed in the afternoon we couldn't visit it. We were told, that this was written in our booking, which is true but written at the very end of the booking in smalltalk letters. You cannot offer a guided Tour called St. Peter's, the Vatican and Chapel Sistina when it's closed! We are very disapppointed and angry, as we were looking forward to this visit for years!
Our guide Maria Teresa otherwise did her best in the Vatican and gave us a very interesting tour.

We chose the small group live tour, and Franz, our guide, was fantastic. He gave us the context of each room we ventured into, just enough to make us informed and appreciative. The tour was long and worth it. Just so much to absorb. We are thankful to Franz for an amazing experience.

The Sistine chapel was incredible as was the Vatican and St Peters basilica. Our guide was very late, made us wait while she got our tickets, and hurried us through the Vatican and Sistine chapel. Moreover, her perspective to all the architecture and art was fundamental in nature and excluded biblical and religious expressionism. One would expect a Guide licensed by the Vatican to be informed and partial to biblical topics and church history. Before you book a tour for the Vatican, make sure the guide is a capable Christian or fully knowledgeable about the Bible and the church.

This tour with our tour guide Elizabeth was amazing. We entered the Vatican city and learned all about the history and the art of the great Romans. Elizabeth prepared us for what to expect in the sistene chapel and we weren’t disappointed. Lastly we went to St. Peter’s Basilica which should not be missed! Elizabeth shared so many interesting facts and stories during this tour that we were surprised that three hours went so quickly. Elizabeth was well spoken and we could hear her perfectly thru the audio earpieces. I would highly recommend!

To start our day, our tour provider was barely in time. We were told to be there by 8:45 for a 9 am tour. We didn’t even meet her until 9:10, then we waited for people who were late to the meeting spot, and went inside around 9:20. We wasted a lot of time getting organized for the tour and then we saw very little of the best artwork available at the Vatican Museum. Then at the Sistine chapel, we got separated from the group and were ushered toward the exit and never saw the Basilica of St Peter. We tried to rejoin the group but could not find our way back and all the museum staff said to go outside to the front of the Basilica. When we walked around to the front of the Basilica, it was a 4 hour wait time! We paid for access and it was not provided nor explained very well. Extremely disappointing.

This tour is absolutely incredible. Andrea was extremely knowledgeable and professional. The timing of the tour couldn’t have gone smoother, even with the handoff to our archeologist guide through the underground. We were able to see everything we wanted to see and even felt that we got even more than what we expected.

Maria Teresa was an excellent tour guide through the Colosseum and the Roman Forum. My husband and I ask A LOT of questions when we go on tours, and Maria gave detailed answers each time. The tour was several hours long and covered a lot of ground but it never felt rushed and Maria never slacked in her exposition of each site. Overall, quite enjoyable and informative; definitely a highlight of our time in Rome.
