Price was reasonable. So I got the tour of Colosseum and Imperial Forum. First person was very informative, he gave good details and answered questions with patience. Second person was equally knowledgeable. So I also got Vatican tour, as well. Guide was nice and very informative. Overall, I think my money well spent.

We were approached by a representative from Romaround outside the colosseum, we took the deal as they offered us 21€ for the guided tour as me and my friend were under 26 and from the EU (needed to show ID) This part of the tour was great! Excellent tour guide and very funny. We then were met my Matthew at... More

Our guide of the Colosseum by an older gentleman was the weakest tour. He was a nice man, gave bite-sized interesting facts but was not as engaging as our other two guides. We also weren't shown very much of the Colosseum by him and only had 5mins before our Palatine tour to have a look around by ourselves. Our tour... More

We went to have a Tour inside the sistine Chapel and we had the pleasure to meet with Luca as guide for the 2 hours tour. Well prepared and easy to follow explained many details inside the Vatican Museaum and sistine Chapel. Luca surprisly speck a very GOOD mandarin on top of the english, italian and portoghese. Highly recommended..

My family of 4 and myself, with a toddler, arrived in Rome with no itinerary or reservations for attractions. We scrambled around online the night before looking for affordable tickets for tours of the Colosseum, the Roman Forum, and Palatine Hill but we found nothing that would suit us. Luckily, we strolled out of the metro straight to the colosseum... More

enjoyed my tour with Ian today. He was knowledgable of the art and history of the church. He shared information in a good pace that I would not have known or maybe not been able to spend as much time learning. I needed a fast tour and they offered it with good information. Very pleased. More walking/standing than I had... More

Talked into a fast talker upon our walk to the Vatican to do this tour at a "discount" of €45 each to get fast entry as "lines are long today". Against our better judgment we took the bait. Our tour "guide", Daniela, was nice enough but not a good tour guide. She was scattered and unorganized. One couple in our... More

On the way to the Vatican we were approached by a very friendly man who offered us a tour. He explained that we would be able to skip the queue to get into the museum and the basilica if we were to be escorted by one of their tour guides. (True) He charged us €40 each, and the tour lasted... More

We were aggressively approached by some man with a name tag who told us we needed a ticket to get into the Colosseum. He led us to another guy who say "you pay me." We reluctantly handed over our 30 euro and then proceeded to get a terrible tour of the Colosseum. We were then passed off to another guide... More

We had no plans to have a guided tour as we approached the Vatican however after being approached on the street we decided that this may be the best way to see the attraction.... at a cost of €50 each we had a guided tour lasting 3+ hours that covered StPeters square, the Vatican Museum, the Sistine chapel and St... Staying in Prati

Neighborhood Profile
Prati
Just steps away from the chaos of the center, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighboring Borgo, Prati is a local favorite for its aesthetic organization and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets, quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.
