We were blown away by the natural beauty of this beach. A unique gem in Gaeta. This is much better than any beach we visited in Capri or the Amalfi coast. Soft sand, wide beach and perfect water conditions. Difficult parking and a trek for anyone who has trouble descending/climbing a lot of steps but otherwise perfection!

Of course it’s also because this is my home, but I guess it’s not only me thinking that this place it’s one of the most incredible around the area of Riviera D’Ulisse. The long beach it was called before “Arenauta” ; now there’s different bathhouses and beach clubs. The beach called “300 gradini” (don’t confuse it with “300 scalini”) it’s one of the most famous, with this long staircase from the principal road down to the beach (are 300 stairs for real! a perfect gym to do on the way back at the end of the day!). Sure it’s not the best place to come if you’re searching for an easy holiday with all the comforts, but on the other side it’s perfect if you want to enjoy a beautiful see surrounded by nature .
If you are travelling with the car, it’s possible to leave it in one of the parking area on the street; from there it’s possible to walk or to come with the free taxi service.
My suggestion is always to rent a motorcycle, a scooter, to move around this area, to avoid traffic and all parking issues.
Here it’s possible to rent beach equipment or to go to the free area. Not so far from the down there’s also a naturalistic area if you feel comfortable with it! 🤗
Low prices and familiar atmosphere. My advice is to come here in the periods of June or September when the beach is not too crowded.

In general the beach open at 8:30am and close at 7:00pm . Cost to the access it’s 2€ each.

There’s no specific restrictions because of the Covid-19, except that if you want to reserve equipments, it’s only possible through their website or calling them (+39 0771 640600).

Considering it was in July it was not overcrowded and it felt we had plenty of spaced compared to many Italian beaches. The water is clear and the sand perfect. No big waves (when we were there) so good for kids as well. Food and beverages available. The service are is not as pretty but staff is helpful and it works relatively well. The stairs up and down were not a problem for us but might be for others. Parking was tricky. We and many others had to park on the very narrow shoulder along the main road and hope for the best.

It takes a little to get down to the beach but once you’re there you don’t want to leave! The facilities are clean and accessible. The restaurant serves very good simple fare as well as the bar for drinks etc. But it’s the beach and the water that are the stars! The sand in the water feels like velvet. No algae, rocks, shells. Nothing. Just the clearest, bluest warm water and you can out for a long distance before it gets deep. We go back every year and we love it!!

300 Gradini along with the other surounding beach establishments in this part of the coast is very nicely situated, with nice sand, turcoise water, green forest behind and friendly staff. A bit hard to find parking, but up the road we found a paid parking by a hotel/restaurang. If you don't feel like paying for the beach entrance, there is also a public beach. also very pretty a few hundred meters further up the beach closer to Gaeta.

Parking space it's difficult. You have to be lucky or to park on the street. But pay attention, don't forget nothing in the car Otherwise you will need to climb again. To reach the beach there are 300 steps, most of them in the shadow but still 300... you have to pay 2€ each to use them, but there are also toilet on the way. When you reach the beach you can use facilities or be in free space. If you want ombrella or beds just 5€ each peace. There are bars to re-fresh or rest. In 300 you can also bring your food and pay just 0.50€ to use the tables and shadows.

It was dirty as hell and during the night gipsies living in the bushes robbed us of everything we had! Keep off!!!

I love this beach. Yes you have to walk down some painful amount of stairs. Some parts are kind of scary.and exhausting after a long day at the beach. But it's worth it.
The beach is quiet with not too much craziness as serapo beach. Much cleaner in the water and less garbage if any.
The paninis are delicious and granita. And prices are much less than serapo. It's great for parking because parking is free. My favorite place in gaeta

This is an excellent beach / lido. Very reasonable prices compared to a few others along the same stretch of coast. Really friendly staff too. Highly recommend it.
