Outstanding, knowledgable and enthusiastic guide

I spent three spectacular hours seeing Pompeii both on a grand scale and in its small details thanks to the expansive knowledge and experience and enthusiasm of Giovanni. I can't imagine a better tour guide to take you through this magical city. Not only did he explain the daily life of the city, but also explained how the volcanic ash preserved the city in a different way than the lava that covered nearby Herculaneum and thus when I went there the next day I knew exactly what to look for when I went alone. He is also a brilliant tour for those who only have a few hours and really want to see Naples. I highly recommend.

Fantastic Pompei Guide- Highly recommend Giovanni

Myself and my husband took a tour of Pompei ruins with Giovanni and would highly recommend him. We saw all the best spots with Giovanni providing so much historical information in a lovely lighthearted way, it really was so entertaining and the 1.5/2 hour tour flew by. We loved it and would highly recommend! Thank you Giovanni.

We took a two-hour private tour with Giovanni. We've had several private tours on our travels, and Giovanni is hands down the best guide we've ever had -- smart, interesting, engaging, easy to be with, and with a great sense of humor -- a perfect combination! We'd been to Pompeii before, but Giovanni opened our eyes to new parts of Pompeii and so much new information.

In the 2 hours we spent visiting Pompeia, Giovanni was able to explain many details of the old town before and after Vesubio's eruption.
He was very clear in all of his explanations, very dinamic and nice.
We will recommend him to all our friends going to visit Pompeia

Great guide to Pompei ruins

We enjoyed our visit to Pompei very much thanks to the interesting explanations of Giovanni. it is really worth it to visit such a monument like Pompei with the knowledge of a specialist like this Dottore. He made it really exciting and funny despite the 37ºC we were suffering!
