The casa do Marco lucrezio Frontlone is one of the villas owned by a rich nobleman that you can explore in Pompeii. It has beautiful frescos and marble that show an example of a wealthy home.

Wall paintings of mythological stories, well designed Roman villa and well laid out gardens didnt help the 7 people whose bodies were found here after being preserved by the eruption. It is still a beautiful place to visit and admire.

The House of M. Lucretius Fronto is presently closed as is some 80% of the most interesting properties in Pompeii. It's especially disappointing in this case since the house has well-preserved wall decorations with a number of important frescoes.
