Nice experience. The passion of the owner in telling the story of her family is compelling. Maybe I'd let fewer people in at a time and take more care of the "toy care" part by the kids with the lady explaining how to fix a toy concretely

A magical place where even adults become children again! The visit is short but intense: it starts with a nice film projected in a small theatre, followed by a guide who briefly tells the history and functioning of the place. It was exciting for the children to discover the importance that the few toys they once had, so much so that there was a place where they could repair them if they broke... that sense of responsibility and attachment which, in today's consumerist era, often you get lost... anyway they have 40 others! An important message contained in an enchanting place!

Magical place, it feels like entering a fairy tale. Tiziana is fantastic and will pass on to you her passion for dolls. In addition to having your own doll restored, you can visit the museum and talk to the staff to tell you the story of this magical place, a real gem in a splendid city. I will definitely be back!

Dolls Hospital in Spaccanapoli. A gem and a story of four generations, a beautiful reality that testifies to a great passion for a trade and an activity certainly not common. An attraction for small and large well illustrated by the "medical staff" present. Short but comprehensive guided tour for 3 euros.

An experience that takes you back, very nice, a nice explanatory video of the history of this historic store now in its fourth generation. Dolls, stuffed animals etc come from all over Italy to come back to live. For small and large

Access is from a courtyard in the historic center where there is some seating while waiting, however short, for entry to the show. Located on the ground floor. As soon as you enter, you watch a video that describes its history, presented in an engaging way also for children who may be the main users of this site. Then we move on to the 'operating room' where the activity is pleasantly illustrated. The organization of the 'hospital' structure is interesting and is also currently active for the repair of dolls and soft toys.

Magical corner of Naples where it is possible to return to childhood.
Discovered by chance, wandering around San Gregorio Armeno, I am happy to have visited this house-museum, where I was magically taken back to my early years of life, when I too had a favorite doll, to which an accident had happened, and that no one could fix me... had there been this hospital, how many tears would have been saved...
Thank you for the emotion you made me experience!!!

...but a real surprise inside Naples. The access to this place is inside a small courtyard (maybe the navigator's directions can be a little confusing). One of the two girls there accompanied us all the way, explaining many interesting things about the subject. A place that survives both thanks to the interventions done on their little patients and thanks to the visits. In the initial stage you are told the story of the founding family that I do not want to anticipate so as not to spoil the surprise. Definitely a place not to be missed

I made the effort to see the Dolls Hospital in Naples as I had seen one in Lisbon as well and enjoyed it. Similar set up and feeling as Lisbon. Nice to know these do exist around the world!
Worth seeing if you are in Naples and to learn about its history.

Its origins date back more than a century ago.
Since then, a real "doll hospital" has existed in this magical place.
We met him during our walk in Via dei Tribunali.
It is certainly a fantastic attraction of the city!

a small and ancient shop in the heart of the ancient city, where they repaired all kind of dolls, and are still today repaired, it is also possible to see a collection of ancient ceramic toys.

Tiziana has so much passion and is able to truly covey all the history that’s behind this landmark. The visit was a journey into the past, into the artisanship and is in no doubt worth the trip.

Very interesting and original museum to visit, in the heart of Napoli. Somewhat cult ambiance inside, which I enjoyed.

It recently changed site (they just moved a few 100s meters), but everything remain the same: it's Napoli at its best, in the authencity and also in the courtesy of the owners...
