We both agreed Luigi was our favorite driver. He is so kind, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, fun, and great at driving. He took such good care of me when I arrived back at the car before my husband, taking my bags, and ushering me into the oasis of A/C while I waited for my husband. He even made an extra stop for us to ensure we could squeeze in one more granita. We already look forward to our next trip here when we will request Luigi to be our driver again.

My wife, 18-year old son and I were staying at Naples and wanted to see the ruins at Pompeii as well as drive along the Amalfi coast. Roberto was able to help us do this in a fabulous and flexible personalized full-day tour. While, in his original proposal e-mail description he had suggested that we visit Pompeii at the end of the day, the weather forecast on the day was for a very warm afternoon. Therefore, after picking us up from where we were staying (he was very punctual, actually arriving some 15 minutes ahead of the agreed time), he took us directly to Pompeii, indicating various items of interest, including buildings, history, shops, plants and more, both in Naples and along the route. Having someone who lived there for a number of years explain these was very useful. While English is not his first language, we never once had difficulty understanding him (or vice versa).
We spent a few hours in Pompeii. Wear robust shoes, a cap and take water if you visit. Also, enter through the Marina gate and see the movie describing the site and various buildings before you start walking through the site. A guide can enhance your visit. By noon the overhead sun was sweltering so it made sense to retreat to Roberto's air-conditioned Mercedes van where he had thoughtfully stocked chilled bottles of water for us in the car fridge.
We then drove through Vico Equense and Seiano (the towns surrounding Sorrento), stopping for a photo break just before Meta, from where we could see Sorrento and all the way to Capri. Along the way Roberto taught us the correct pronunciation of place names and also described highlights along the route. Next was another photo break before Positano, and once in the town we stopped for lunch at a restaurant with such a good view that we were loath to leave! The food was good local produce and not particularly expensive.
We went down to the beach at Positano and also browsed through the shops, walking back via a slightly tiring and steep set of steps - Roberto was very good at giving us adequate time to ourselves at each of our stops. The drive to Amalfi, past Priano and Conca dei Marini, is on a narrow and curving road. Having stayed in Naples where red traffic lights seem to be treated by most drivers merely as a suggestion to stop, it was a pleasant change to see how, all through the day, Roberto drove safely and carefully, was very courteous to other drivers, giving them way if they were joining from a side road, and was ultra-cautious when reckless motorcyclists were overtaking.
Sadly, the Emerald Grotto was closed owing to rough seas but this gave us more time at Amalfi, where we explored the town, cathedral, and coast. The former convent, now a luxury hotel, high on the hill that no longer requires a steep climb exposed to the elements because they have an elevator built through the hill was fascinating.
Ravelo, while not directly on the coast and high on a hill is, in my opinion, the most picturesque of the towns along the Amalfi coast. This view was only reinforced when we saw that it had been a busy Saturday afternoon for the local church: three pairs of just-married brides and grooms, with respective friends and families were enjoying their 'destination wedding' amidst the beautiful surroundings. Also of interest was Villa Rufelo park and the public tennis court at a local school that required extra-high protective fences as any ball that went over would have fallen several hundred feet down, possibly into the blue sea.
On the way back, we drove through a lush green National Park where Roberto pointed out a variety of trees and shrubs including chestnuts. Just as we crossed the crest of the hill several miles later, we saw the sun reflected in the Gulf of Naples, and the clouds shrouding the tip of Vesuvius - it was magical.
Roberto drove us carefully back to where we were staying, just in time for a late Neapolitan pizza supper. The amount he charged us was reasonable and, based on the time spent and trouble he took, was certainly much better value than others were quoting.
I can unhesitatingly recommend Roberto and Guerriero Tours.

We are a party of six staying in Sorrento for 1 week. We booked Roberto for a day sightseeing of the Amalfi coast etc, What a fantastic time we had, nothing was to much trouble and time was not restricted. We enjoyed this so much we booked another day with Roberto and visited Paestum and many other sites that you would never know about. Roberto is a true gentlemen, fantastic driver and guide. We would highly recommend using this company.

I cannot speak more highly of our private tour with this company. Roberto, our driver, planned a fantastic day trip for us. The tour began in Naples, taking in the sights at Sorrento, Positano even a surprise trip to a winery in Pompei for wine.
The whole day was exceptional.
We will certainly use the services again from Guerriero Tours.

Roberto was outstanding, and for the price he quoted we got an entirely private tour for what the Crui$e Line wanted for a bus adventure with 50 of your not-so closest friends.

The Roads along the coast are amazing in many ways - the views are utterly amazing as were the stop along the way. The roads are VERY windy, might be problematic for folks that get car sick.

My wife and I contracted with Guerriero Tours for our recent visit to Italy. On Sep't 25th, Our driver was Massimo, who picked us up right on time in a beautiful Mercedes Benz when our cruise ship docked in Naples. He was very professional and personable, and gave us a thorough and knowledgeable visit of both Pompei and Mt. Versuvius. At the end of our cruise we took a train to Naples where Diego was waiting for us in a roomy Mercedes mini van. He not only drove us to our hotel in Sorrento and pointed out different points of interest along the way, but also sang neopolitan songs to us. But the real highlight of our trip came when our driver, Roberto, picked us up at our hotel in Sorrento and drove us to the Amalfi Coast. We could say Roberto was professional and personable, but that would only be part of our experience. He really made our visit to Positano, Amalfi and Ravello come to life in a special way. He not only took us and showed us the special things and places to be seen, but made us feel as if we were somehow special. My wife thought him very handsome and charming, and I found him to be a friend. When he took us back to the train station he refused to leave until he had lifted our heavy suitcases onto the train and stood waving as our train pulled away. We have never been treated like that by any company. Guerriero Tours can be recommended as a great value to anyone wanting to see as much of southern Italy as possible. We would not consider using anyone else. Bravo Guerriero Tours!

Guerriero Tours provided us with excellent transfer service from the Naples train station to our hotel on the coast -- Giovanni was our driver and he gave us a tour along the way and was very professional and fun. After our time on the coast, Roberto picked us up for the trip to Rome via Pompeii -- he arranged a great tour guide for us in Pompeii and he was very flexible as our plans changed to include a concert that night before heading to Rome in the middle of the night! Roberto was so cheerful, pleasant, and accommodating and he made the whole complicated journey seem effortless. I highly recommend Guerriero Tours for either transfers or tours and we will definitely call them again for our next trip!

We hire Guerriero Tours for a shore excursion for a stop our ship made in Sorrento. Roberto was our driver. He met us on time in a beautiful Mercedes Van. Essentially he was our driver for the entire day helping us maneuver the challenging traffic in the Naples/Sorrento area. We selected the Vesuvius, Pompeii and Herculaneum. If you take this tour you should know that the driver only takes you to these places. He does not accompany you inside the facilities but waits for you outside and is there when you finish to take you to the next stop. Once there you are on your own and must pay for admission into these facilities. On this trip it is best to buy the buy the dual ticket that allows access to both venues. It costs 22 euros be having to pay 11 euros at each place. The advantage is that you then only have to pay once. While the joint ticket lasts for 3 days this did not impact us. If you are traveling in the summer months bring an umbrella to avoid the direct sun. The heat in the bricks and stones can make for a long day.

Roberto had us go to a pizza restaurant outside Herculaneum which was OK. He pointed out the surrounding sites that where of interest. Overall we would certainly hire Guerriero again. This tour lasted 6-7 hours. They proved to be a much better choice than the expensive group shore excursions that the cruise line makes available. This offers the greatest flexibility to spend more time at a certain location or revise your day when needed.
