This church was built in the name of Pietro Angeleri da Morone, a hermit monk from Maiella who later became Pope Celestine V.

You can only get a very from the outside as this is currently under reconstruction. Nice church and look forward to returning when completed. Worth a walk by photo.

It is interesting that there are numerous churches almost everywhere you go. I am not so sure what this says about people today, or rather about those who built them all those long years ago. This church is obviously old, but looks a bit neglected. We only noticed it as we happened to be walking by, in our walks through the city streets.
