Really beautiful monument, picturesque by day and night. With the harbour as a backdrop it makes a beautiful place to photograph

If you take a walk alongside the seashore you'll find this beautiful fountain close to Santa Lucia,Castel del'Ovo and Borgo Marinari. It's a beautiful white stone fountain.Unfortunately, the water wasn't running at the time of our visit.

This is an interesting diversion as you stroll on the lungomare harborside promenade on your way to Castel dell'Ovo, but I wouldn't go out of my way to see it.

Really outstanding monument but it’s only nice to see as you look towards the sea. The back side is plain and with graffiti whereas the front side is really attractive.

Beautifully located near the sea, this impressive fountain is something to see. Created in the 17th century, you can see the city's glory.

End October 2019:
**Not on the correct place on the TripAdvisor map it's actually on the other side of the corner, facing Mt Vesuvius.
This is the Fountain of the Giant. Designed in the 17th Century for the Royal Palace of Naples and was next to a giant statue. it was then moved several times to its current site near Castel dell Ovo.
It is also called Fontana dell Immacoletella, after the palace where it once stood]. Has some great statures and a fountain in the middle. Great place to catch the sunrising over Mt Vesuvius and later in the day it can be photographed in natural light. There is no cost.
Worth a quick visit on a morning or afternoon walk as it is at the left end of the main coastline road leading to the castle..

This landmark appears to be in the wrong location on TA. It’s a beautiful sight and up at the Far end of the promenade.

The fountain is impressive and is enhanced by its beautiful setting. Good photos with the sea in the background. If you are in this part of Naples, do not miss it

Per cercare la fonte di attribuzione dell'opera al Bernini ti suggerirei di cercare "La Fontana dell'Immacolatella (o del Gigante)" su un sito internet di storia dell'arte per esempio, e vedere qual'e' la fonte di attribuzione.
