If you walk along the very central Via Roma (Toledo), do stop and visit this small and beautiful museum. Beyond the Caravaggio, it contains some extraordinary paintings and sculptures in a magnificent setting (the building itself). The Museum is private and very well maintained, so you will be surprised on how clean it is, well displayed art is and how... More

Caravaggio painting was on loan to a museum in Madrid. Supposed to be returning the next week. We went primarily for the Caravaggio so we were somewhat disappointed. Palazzo is a short walk from the Municipio Metro. Stop along the way for a quick look at the Galleria Umberto, a glass domed shopping area with beautiful interior facades. When you... More

If You go uphill from the Castel Nuovo, along and through the narrow streets of the quartiere San Ferdinando of central Naples, you will stumble shortly and with some luck of one errant at the Baroque palace, bearing the name of the Palazzo Zevallos Stigliano. It is located on Via Toledo street. Recently it became one gallery, a real museum... More

I have an true passion for the painter Caravaggio and in Palazzo Zevallos Stigliano it is possible to admire one of his precious mastepieces, discovered in recent times. Also the location is very well maintained, this ancient building is wonderful and very nice to visit. Don't loose the possibility to admire "Sala stanza degli stucchi", the painted ceilings with "Apoteosi... More
