It is a picturesque part of the island, very charming, little nice restaurants and cafes around the harbour, stunning views when walking down and into town. Great for walking when the weather is cold and must be amazing for sunbathing when the sun is out!

We spent a day here, having come down on the bus from Forio, then walked down to the village, relatively easy. There are some interesting little shops, most not yet open, and similarly the whiole place had the feeling of 'getting ready' for the season,...More

Sant'Angelo is probably the most picturesque of the small towns and villages around the Ischia coastline and the former fisherman’s cottages in most cases lovingly looked after and painted in the traditional white stretch back from the harbour up the hillside and are fantastic to...More

We did the circumnavigation of the island boat trip, onboard the Columbia, starting from Casamicciola. Sant’Angelo was about half way round and we had an hour’s stop. It is a very pleasant place to while away time and we could have done with a bit...More

It's a beautiful harbour town, very picturesque and quiet. Perfect for those looking for relaxation, a good beach with clear, warm waters, insanely good gelato and friendly locals. The town is quite remote from others on the island, and the taxis take advantage of this...More

After a 20 min crazy bus ride we arrived at the top of a hill which we walked down into Sant Angelo. Lovely views on way down and little charming shops and restaurants. It is picture perfect certainly but very, very expensive. We had lunch...More
