0 stars would be more accurate. If you a female, DO NOT use this place for a scooter rental. They were judgemental from the moment i walked up. I am the one who booked and paid for the reservation. These people are judgement, SEXIST, rude, disrespectful and treated me TERRIBLY as a woman. They let my partner rent a scooter but they also gave him a much better chance and explanation. I told them that I had ridden a scooter but needed a refresher and a chance to get reacquainted. They told me an incorrect explanation for gas and then said I was the one who didn't know how to ride a scooter. I have driven scooters and other vehicles where the gas is clear, but I feel like they told me different just to set me up and make SURE i didnt leave with a scooter because I was a woman. With 3-4 italian men surrounding me, yelling at me, and judging me, it was very scary and intimidating. I feel like I was set up for failure and my dream of riding a scooter in capri has been ruined.

When i drove the scooter a little bit up the hill and out of the way, he said that I didnt know how to ride a scooter and yelled at me again. I was in complete control and not worried about it at all.
The ride on the scooter through capri was not even difficult as the roads and hills are well built. Yet, They ruined the entire experience. They also gave my partner the crappiest bike that they had. It would not go past 30 MPH and was clearly a junky bike. Do not go here if you are a woman. If you are a man, they will treat you a little better.

Terrible service. They charged us full price and then stand in front of joking that we could not drive without any instruction, even we had been on a scooter before.

They were super kind to let us move the booking back two hours however when we showed up they were sexist implying I couldn’t drive and instead of the two scooters we booked we should only get one so my boyfriend could drive. When I insisted I’ve had a license for almost 10 years including a motorbike license they quizzed us on where we were from to try to say Capri is much more difficult to drive on. They then tried to make us prove we could drive and immediately deemed us unacceptable. They then charged us 22 euros and cancelled our booking. Also pretty sure they blacklisted us from the other scooter rentals because they wouldn’t even make eye contact when we showed up and just shook their heads no. Incredibly disrespectful and disappointing considering we had planned our entire day around renting a scooter. DO NOT GO HERE.

at first they were nice but as we got on to scooters, they demanded that we need to show them how to ride them UPHILL. then they just banned us to use scooters. To my friend they immediately said she didin't knew how to drive eventhough she has one at home. Sad, sexist, homofobic place, that scams you as soon as they see you. also not COVID-19 safe place no masks. no nothing. ruined trip to Capri.

50 euro for the day included gas. Best way to see the Island; map/direction/suggestions and helmet(s) provided. Saw everything I wanted to see in one day to include some cool beer/lunch stops.
You will require to present your license and must be comfortable/experience with driving in tight spots.
Arrived 0915 on a fast ferry and walked over to the shop. They were waiting as we had email correspondences prior to arriving.
Returned the scooter at 5pm ish in order to catch 6:10 pm departure.
Swam at three cool spots. Did not swim into the blue grotto as tide was up and surge could smack your head into the rocks. Water was warm. Long lineups at bus and taxi stands. Would not want to be here during high tourists season.
Blue sky and temp was around 24 C.

The best way to explore the island is to rent a scooter at Oasi motor; we rented a 50cc scooter for a week (8 days actually) and haven’t had one issue.

Definitely, will rent from them again! Friendly, English speaking staff. Flexible with prices (not trying to take advantage of tourists). A special shout out to Raniero (or Daniero… not sure how to spell name). This gentlemen made it SUPER easy and comfortable to rent a scooter for me and my wife (1 scooter for 2).

We found this place by accident. We were going to just walk around but we walked by and rented a scooter to visit the Island and it was a great decision. 40 euro for everything included and we saw the whole island. No need to wait for a taxi. Guy gave us a map and pointed everything out we should do. It was perfect. Heck he didn’t even ask for any payment til we were back, very old School Europe when people were honest. Amazing!!!!

Rainero was such a nice man. Probably deals with tourists all the time but took the time to make sure we knew where everything was, how to operate the scooter, and gave us some local tips on great places to eat. Renting a scooter is truly the best way to get around the island and not spend a fortune on taxis and wait for buses. Raniero’s partner even showed us a few beginner tips with the scooter and how to ride it. The rental process was easy and quick and returning it was no problem either. Raniero is truly the gem of Capri and everyone should rent from him on their trip. Thanks again!

We are a couple who visited Capri and we came across the Scooter rental shop Oasi. The main man Raniero, he was approachable, friendly, humble and was very helpful towards us and made it so easy for us to enjoy our stay. Giving us Local knowledge of all the best places to go and visit and little tips which we would of never have known. All of his team at the shop are incredibly helpful and efficient. Overall, fantastic 5 star rating highly recommended and would come back to Capri and do exactly the same again. Many thanks Darren and Francesca.

Hey guys! I have a question about renting a scooter. Can I park it and do the round trip chairlift to the top? Definitely decided on renting the scooter when we visit October 2nd next year, but also want to go to the Blue Grotto first. Thanks for any info!

When you rent the scooter, the guys behind the counter will let you know where to park, as there are specific designated parking for the vespa. They'll give you a map and tell you where to go and park. You can find parking to go to the chair lift, just a few meters away from the entrance, I think, as far as I remember, you'll pay like maybe less than 2 euros/coins. You can park in the blue grotto area, and there will be a line going down, it'll take you probably around 1-2 hours wait before you actually could go inside the blue grotto.

Hello. My friends and I will be arriving via our sail boat on Monday October 3 and would like to rent 6 scooters to tour the island. We will be coming in from Procida and not sure of our arrival time. We have all obtained International Driving Permits and we anticipate 2- 4 hours at a minimum for the rental. Would it be possible to get a quote and if possible a discounted rate given that we are renting 6 scooters? Please let me know as we are leaving for Italy on Wednesday.
