Boat tour to Sorrento coast, Capri and Blue Grotto - Fun & Swim

70 reviews
Capri is one of Italy’s loveliest and most coveted island destinations—and this full-day boat tour from Sorrento makes it easy to discover it. In the morning, head to the port, hop aboard your vessel, and set off with just a small group for company. Admire coastal scenery as you go; upon arrival in Capri, see the White Grotto, Green Grotto, and other highlights. Enjoy swimming and snorkeling breaks and on-board nibbles as part of your experience.

The busy main square in Capri town; lots of cafes and restaurants - be warned; when you sit down, you pay high prices; expensive jewellery and souvenir shops and the clock tower! Some lovely views down over the port and up towards Ana Capri. The funicular station is situated here together with the bus station. I walked up from the port; it took about 30 minutes and the path was fairly steep in some parts and had some steps. It's quiet and means that you can enjoy looking at the houses and gardens along the way and get some glimpses of the scenery.

This is the main center of activity in Capri: where you eat, where you shop, where you relax while drinking a limoncello... Not so special.

This small square (piazzetta) is located right on the top of the island. You will recognize it immediately, when you go up there by funicular. On the right side is Capri’s beautiful terrace with columns and on the left- la piazzetta, very compact and busy. You will see the clock tower, the church and three cafés. We sat in one of them after a stroll. You can watch people there or just relax with your refreshment in the shadow under the umbrella.

Good for people watching and some high end shopping. Just stay away from the Bar Tiberio if want to enjoy it better.
