We booked a car from Salerno to Praiano on the Amalfi Coast. We arrived at 9.30 pm the the driver met us on the platform. He was extremely helpful and a very careful driver. We booked him again when we left as one our party was unwell and he took extra care on the bendy roads so as to cause the unwell member of our party the least discomfort. I would definitely recommend Marius to travellers in this area.

We had heard of Marius from friends who had used his service many times before.
He responded to our enquiry quickly, quoting firm price, and although we had no interim correspondence, he was waiting on the dockside to greet us exactly on time ( This is Southern Italy remember ! ) impeccable English, considerate driving and very reasonable rate, - no request was too much trouble.
If you want a spectacular private, up close and personal tour of historic Herculaneum, Pompeii, or other archaeological sites then ask for Victoria ( his sister ) to accompany you as well, her qualifications and status grant you private access to sites that can normally be roped off from the general public, and there was not a single question we posed that she could not answer with authority, this duo are one of the best and most informative driver/guide teams we have ever encountered.

We loved the trip around the Amalfi coast and the stops at Positano and Ravello. It is breathtaking. We may have hit Marius on a bad day as he seemed somewhat impatient and short. Although it did not ruin the day his attitude certainly did not enhance our tour. It was an unusually busy Friday in late September and pick up at Ravello was a bit of miscommunication. We would have appreciated Marius taking the time to let us know exactly where he was to pick us up. We would have liked him to be a bit more forthcoming with information as opposed to us having to ask all the time. He selected an excellent restaurant for lunch - local and superb. The traffic is crazy so would recommend going on a slower day if there is one!

We booked Marius Limos to take us to Vesuvius. Much cheaper than booking through reps. Collected us from hotel on time and drove as far up as they could, we had 1.5 hours to do trek to crater and when we got down were relieved to see the cars waiting for us. Excellent service, great drivers,immaculate mercedes vans, very knowledgable about the area. Highly reccomend, wish we had booked this service for more trips.Will be using services again when we go back.

We were on a cruise ship stopping in Naples and wanted to do a full day of both Capri, Amalfi and Pompeii in a single day. We hired Marius of Marius Limo service who was absolutely the best guide ever and the only way to see the Amalfi coast.
From Naples we took a hydrofoil from the port to Capri. It takes 45 minutes but seems quicker. We then took Motoscaficapri boat to the blue grotto. We had prebooked this online and were told we would get on the first boat. While we got out to the blue grotto quickly, you have to patiently wait ( like 2 hours) to actually get into the blue grotto. It was absolutely worth it but I wouldn't go with Motoscaficapri again as there are other boats that seem to have priority. It was on our bucket list so for us it was worth it.
We then took a boat from Capri to Sorrento where we had lunch in the port of Sorrento at La Scogliera famous for Sophia Loren dining there. In fact they still have her table set up. The food was excellent and a perfect place to wait for Marius Limo as he met us in Sorrento.
Marius arrived on time and eager to go. He speaks perfect English and was recommended to us from our Rick Steves guidebook. While we went to Capri with friends from our ship and had many excursions with others planned, this was a day just for me and my fiancé. Marius first took us to Positano where we walked the beautiful trellis covered walkways looking in shops and at art as the path winded down to the beach. We bought some beautiful tiles for our kitchen and other assorted items. We then joined Marius for the tour of the Amalfi coast where we stopped at scenic spots to take photos and as we took in the scenic awe inspiring views Marius pointed out interesting and historical sites along the way. We completed the tour with a brief stop in Ravello.
The Amalfi coast is truly breathtaking and a very winding narrow road. Unfortunately, some very large tour buses which inevitably could not make the turn, clogged the road up and made for heavy sometimes dead stop traffic. Clearly, their needs to be some laws limiting the size of the vehicles allowed as it does take away from the otherwise perfect scenery. So plan some extra time if you are on a limited schedule and don't go on a big bus or large excursion.
Fortunately for us, Marius was able to keep us on track as after Ravello we still had time to do a brief visit of Pompeii. Pompeii could be a day on its own visit, but for us we just wanted a day to get a flavor for the area. I am certain we will return to Capri and Positano one day. The blue grotto will stay on my list of unique visits for sure.

He is extremely professional and has perfect English along with strong local knowledge of the Amalfi coast! We definitely recommend him!
The running joke was that he didn't know Rick Steves who has also recommended him in his book so whether Rick has actually used him or not as he simply didn't know him, we can assure you that you are in excellent hands with Marius.

Booked Marius Limo Service for transfer from Naples to Sorrento, with stops in Pompeii and Ercolano for historical perspective. Thanks to them we also had a knowledgeable and pleasant tour guide booked for both stops as well. The convenience of having luggage secure in the car instead of wrestling with it on train, and in station for storage, was another plus. We were so pleased with our experience that we changed our mind on taking the train from Sorrento back to Naples and booked our return with Marius Limo as well! Both drivers provided great service, were professional, drove safely and made our trips very comfortable

I don't always feel at ease when travelling abroad on winding roads with cliffs on one side. However, I felt comfortable & relaxed. Pick up was always on time, price reasonable & service friendly and professional. We are very happy with Marius Limo Service.

We booked Marius Limo Service for a drive along the Amalfi Coast while in Sorrento, Italy. You can either drive OR look at the view--but probably not both. We booked Marius Limo Service based on a referral from a friend. It was the best thing we ever did. Our driver had the entire itinerary for us (gave us suggestions and let us decide)--Sorrento, Revello, Almalfi, Postiano--and he made a PERFECT suggestion for lunch. We could simply enjoy the view, the stops for shopping time, a few extra stops (at his suggestion), etc. We won't hesitate to use this service again. Book them!
