I am sorry you feel you received terrible service. The true facts are I responded within our stated response time excluding weekends of two working days to all your emails. The first email was received Friday 30th and l replied first thing Monday 2nd, the following email was sent 5th and l replied on the 7th. Gmail can confirm this, all our emails are time and date registered by Gmail. I can only assume your email service did not deliver them or automatically filtered our emails into your junk folder. Perhaps your remarks and rating should be aimed at your service provider not us. With the above in mind and the fact as you did not travel with APTours, so “service” in the true sense never occurred, it was obviously an internet communication error l would hope you would revise your rating. Please again accept our apologies as I do understand the frustration, annoyance and anger that can develop when you receive low standard service, but it should be understood by travelers placing ratings on popular websites such as Trip Adviser a rating such as this has an extremely devastating effect on service providing companies such as APTours and all the drivers, guides and their families that rely on tourists visiting and more importantly enjoying Italy. Having said this I sincerely hope you had an enjoyable visit to the Sorrentine Peninsula as we are very proud of this area of Italy and have many returning clients each year. Sarah.
