We were a family of 4 who went on a cruise trip in June, 2012. Naples was one of the ports and we had a chance to visit the beautiful Amalfi Coast. Before the trip, we had contacted a few tour companies for quotes of a private tour. We finally chose Astarita Car Service Sorrento because Barbara, the office manager, offered very prompt and outstanding service and reasonable prices. She was very patient in answering all our questions email after email.
When we arrived at Naples, the driver, Antonio, was already there waiting. Antonio was another fantastic guy of this company. He was very down to earth, reliable, pleasant, punctual and professional. He offered a few options of the tour routes. One of them was to take the ferry from Sorrento back to Naples instead of driving back through the same roads. This way we were able to view the Amalfi Coast from the sea, a very different and pleasant experience. Something we must compliment Antonio was his superb driving skills through the narrow and winding roads along the hillside. We felt very comfortable and safe in his minivan. He took us to the towns of Amalfi, Positano and Sorrento; and always stopped at the best scenic spots for us to take pictures.
All in all, we had a memorable trip of the Amalfi Coast, with its beautiful scenery topped by the excellent services provided by Barbara and Antonio. We would definitely use this company again and also recommend them to all of our friends.
