Biago is a great guide! Loved my experience! Fabulous. Loved all his stories about all the villages since he's originally from the Amalfi Coast. Book him and you'll have a wonderful time during your wine tour and of course mozzarella tasting! Yum! 😬😬😬😬

We have been in Italy for two weeks and have used many transfers. Most pretty good. But Biagio was the best. We used him 5 times. Didn't even bother looking around after he picked us up at train station. He was early and extremely accommodating. Even when we changed plans one day because of rain. We took all his recommendations... More

Biaggio is highly professional and personable. He offers a highly organised and reliable service and is originally from the Amalfi Coast, so knows everyone and everything! You can ask Biaggio anything about the history of Amalfi and he will be happy to help. I cannot recommend his services more highly. The best on the Coast!

We don't normally hire cars abroad but this is certainly worth doing. The views are spectacular and there are some great places to stop off at. We hired a smart car for its size as the roads are tight and windy and lots of big coaches so a bit close at times but absolutely fine if careful. It's not that... More

Biagio of amalficoastdrive.com picked us up at the airport in Rome and took us to Positano for our weeklong vacation. During that week, we hired Biagio for 3 days to take us on private tours of the area. One day was spent exploring all the villages along the Amalfi Coast, another day we visited Pompeii and Sorrento, and the last... More

Biagio picked us up from Salerno station and drove us to our villa in Atrani. Throughout our 10 day trip Biagio was very helpful with restaurant recommendations, places to see. We booked him for a one day private drive and he arranged a winery tour and lunch which was such a unique experience and we also stopped in to a... More

To start I think background is important. We did this first week in October on a Monday. I had a few days driving around ravello and down from Rome beforehand and found this useful to get accilmatised to the local custom (and driving on the right as i usually drive on the left) We drove it both ways ravello to... We had a wonderful day touring Pompeii and the Amalfi Coast with Raffaele Monetti. We booked the Monetti taxi tour from recommendation in Rick Steve's "Italy 2016" tour guide. Rick was spot on. Our day with Raffaele was spectacular. He picked us up at our villa in Praiano, took us to Positano, than onto Pompeii. After a couple of hours... More

We read the reviews ... considered hiring a driver, but quite frankly - I had done the drive before with a driver and it is no less frightening. At least we had the confidence of our own driving behind the wheel. We started our drive in Pompei, then to Vietri sul Mare and every step of the way - WOW!... More

It is always best to drive with the sea to your right (from Sorrento towards Salerno). I was once told that coaches were only allowed to travel the route in this direction, but that is not true as public transport goes in both direction for example. There is no doubt that is a dangerous road and be prepared (if driving... More
