Every year we visit the shrine of S. Gerardo Majella. A special place of prayer as he is a miraculous Saint. Can be done easily with a morning or afternoon visit. Leave time to attend a mass as it is very spiritual. Make time to...More

A centre of worship for the city. St Gerard is that patron saint. If there was anything of note in the interior I did not see any explanatory notes in Italian or English.

A trip to Potenza is not complete without a visit to San Gerardo. Don't miss the bronze side doors by my dear friend Marco Santoro. They are modern and very expressive!
