This place has an art museum/school in it, a visitor's bureau, and a cafe up on the third floor that has the MOST spectacular view of the Duomo and Sassi.

Located at when of the center points of the city, you can have a good look over the city. The building needs to be restored a little. However, I have full faith that it will be. Probably spend two minutes looking at it. Matera is beautiful.

This Palazzo is located in one of the centers of the city. It was a hub of activity during most of our stay in Matera. The architecture is beautiful and worth your visit.

This is a nice little plaza that is centrally located and not far from other activities of the city while being within decent walking distance from the historical areas. Very beautiful and well kept, and you get a sense of the city of Matera beyond the historic areas from buildings like this!…
