We randomly went there. The station is beautiful with a remarkable architectural style. We were surprised that few trains are currently working. So have a look if you go in the area, it's worth it.

The interior design work, the intricate mosaics, woodwork and architectural details make this a must see stop in Valencia. An active train station with connections across Spain make it even more beautiful. There is a small history/museum to the right of the main entrance as you enter from the street. Stop in and see some examples of the exterior details... More

The facade is historical and interesting (photo, of course). The surrounding market has something for everyone . Large waiting zone and amazing public toilets. Worth a visit while walking around down town.

The booking area and a room off are really redolent of a former era. It is free to go and it is worth it.

What a wonderful building! It has a garish outside but the wooden panelled ticket hall is reminiscent of bygone days and absolutely charming. Do look up and see the ceiling. There is a side room to the right of the ticket hall which has beautiful tiling and murals together with some information about the station itself. Well worth a visit... More

If you like beautiful buildings this is worth a visit. Both the outside and interior are far more attractive than your average railway station and there are a couple of cafes and nice loos.

Usually train stations and airports are not places where to find something interesting for the eye, but this train station certainly does. A nice place to take a look whilst in Valencia (though if you're not traveling it won't take you probably more than fifteen minutes).

Amazing plasterwork and Valencian tiling. Reception area is stunning. Bygone days of rail travel are reflected everywhere in this building. Clean toilets. Interesting shops. Safe and clean.
