When exploring Valencia, the town hall is a must see. It has some nice rooms and the view of the plaza is very nice. Also it is free and will not take lots of time, so that is extra nice!

I didn't even know you can visit the place until I saw people on the balcony. Before you can enter, you get scanned, but it's done very quickly. Inside is really nice, and it's free. I would visit this again, I just wouldn't bother seeing...More

The building is beautiful from the outside and sits in front of a large square. On the day we were there (on a Sunday), the whole street was closed to vehicle traffic and was only for pedestrians which was lovely!

We were surprised that the public was allowed inside the building. Able to walk around a number of rooms and visit the museum within plus take photos. Also good views from the balcony of the plaza.

Officially inaugurated in 1930, this town hall building is a mix of many styles and design elements. The seat of government for the city and metropolitan area, it is an active political arena in constant use.

A very beautiful building with a large open square opposite and fountain nearby. The Town Hall houses an Information Bureau which was always busy but we found the staff to be very helpful and knowledgeable.

Situated in the middle of downtown Valencia, the Town House (Ayuntamiento) is an imposing structure opposite the Plaza de Ayuntamiento where all the governmental activities takes place. I am not sure whether it is open for tourists.

We stopped by to photo and experience this lovely downtown building. A real working building in this wonderful city. Good photo op in front if you get a 'free shot thru the plaza.

Only visited Information bureau. Think Town Hall itself will only be open normal office hours.
