We stayed 6 days in Valencia I feel in love. I found it very peaceful clean, nice people around. On the street you feel safe no junkies nt a lot homeless you don’t smell vee like London. Only problem is siesta why ? when tourists around don’t you wanna make money? That is probably why they are bankrupt. Also healthy life style not much fast food restaurant. Food was so good

What a beautiful place. Cycle the city and get lost. After 2 days eventually got me a bike and then took to the bike ways. It's so easy there is a way for bikes every so just follow the path to wherever. It's a Maize but fabulous. So much to do the centre has all the shops. There's parks museums historic buildings and the most amazing beach ever. You can cycle to the beach from anywhere. The sea is warm which I have yet to ever encounter. I'm a coldy and find the sea everywhere freezing. But this sea is beautiful and well guarded. If you do ever visit make sure you travel around by bike. You'll get to see everything. Don't miss Oceanigraphic. Scientific museum / centre.

we took a trip to Valencia just to see what it was about,, we thought Barcelonia was suppose to be great, not for us. Valencia is much smaller and easier to get to the things you wan to see. We stayed at the Hospes Palau de la mar on the square, from here you have all kinds of shops, restaurants, lots of flower shop in the square, you can spend most of your day in this area. people were very friendly , if you are in the mood to see the restaurants on the wharf, there are quite a few, I forgot the name of the one we really liked, but it's on the big pier on your left. loved all the seafood. that is what we wanted, also took a open tour bus all around town to see if there was something else we needed to see.
went to the aquarium , it is huge and lots of fish to see, and water shows with dolphins, much more to this place than meets the eye, need about a week to do it right.
