The port of Valencia is a very busy port with very good facilities for all types of shipping traffic from cruise ships, Car carriers, Ferries, to cargo ships. Valencia is located very close to the city of Barcelona.

Winter, red wine, olives... empty beaches, cozy seatings... great food. A very happy customer. If you plan on travelling in the winter, spring.. pack warm clothing!

The City of Valencia is not oriented towards the sea, which makes going here all the more interesting. Many excellent restaurants, beautiful sand, and lovely walking area are available to you, without crowds.

I was in March there and can really recommend this place. I did every morning a run along the harbor. It was simply fantastic. You can run starting from the harbor along the beach side several miles. Especially in the morning hours it is empty and quiet there. Almost only sporty people are there. Also the temperature is in this... More

Terrific facility with a top notch seafood restaurant. Beautiful views of the Port with interesting shops. Easy access and plentiful parking. Recommended for lunch in order to appreciate the beauty of its surroundings.

It`s better to visit central beach if you want to have a good rest. This place it`s just for walking along the Puerto itself if you like to see cranes and ships.

There are a lit of yachts and ships to look at. There is also an aquabus that can take you on a 30min trip around the port, just for 3€. Definitely worth the price.

Nice walk along the pier ... and that's about it. Not worth detouring to see and certainly not worth a special trip. If for some reason you find yourself there you could do what I did, which was walk along the beach to the Cabanyal area which is architecturally way more interesting, where the bars and cafes are nicer and... It may be busy in the right season? When we went there in October, this entire area was very quiet. The location is not helping because it is far from the busy city center. One can see the buildings used by several America's Cup syndicates. But the area look now quite deserted.
