The total duration of the call was approximately 2 minutes. This means, at that time we weren't in the 24-hour policy anymore, and due to this, we couldn't refund you in full. Please understand that agencies like ours work with private transfers reservations. This is why all drivers have to be paid for any cancellation which is not made within 24 hours (even if it's one minute only). I would gladly attach the screenshot we have with your call details. Hello, We apologise for all the inconveniences caused, but as you may understand, all drivers have an agenda already scheduled for the day. This is why we cannot accept any amendment that is not communicated within the 24-hour timeframe. Once a flight has been cancelled, the reservation has to be managed as a customer no-show. Next time, please provide us with the details within 24 hours. A different option could have been to email us explaining the situation and request a full refund. Sometimes it is difficult to help customers find their drivers even though they usually wait at the arrivals and they have signs with customers' names on it. We are sorry that we cannot be there and be more helpful. Of course, you can find cheaper prices if you take a taxi from the street.
