BIOPARC VALENCIA is a unique zoo. Its design employs the “zooimmersion” concept, in which visitors are surrounded by meticulous recreations of the natural habitats being presented. Social animals that live together in groups are displayed, as well as groups of different species that coexist in the same habitats. Predatory species are integrated into the visual space, but are separated from other species by barriers invisible to the eye of the visitor, ensuring the safety of both the animals and the people. The animals, vegetation and landscape provide opportunities for discovering the complexity of natural ecosystems.

Having been to several similar attractions, I did not expect to enjoy Bioparc as much as I did! It offers a wide variety of healthy-looking wild animals. Their habitat is well-maintained; quite clean, that is why there is no awful smell. This is what distinguishes Bioparc! The architect did an excellent job in designing Bioparc!! Many trees have been planted... More

This is an extraordinary ZOO! Its more like a safari on foot than a zoo. Only African animals. Unique experience with gorillas! But beware, when you meet hyenas only a few foot from you. Chilly! And terrace, while drinking coffee and watching rhino, antelopes and zebras across! And live show with birds every day. very friendly for children i take... More

We really enjoyed our visit. It is a fascinating way to be with the animals. It is not like regular zoos with cages. We would love to visit again!

This is a new-generation zoo, where visitors immerse into the animal habitat: no wires and cages, just natural landscape separating you from the animals. We visited the Bioparc in July, on a Monday, and it was amazing since there were no so many people. Overall, if you look for a close-up experience with the wilderness, it is worth all the... More

The bioparc is definitely worth a visit especially for families. The animals are all from Africa and live in as natural surroundings as possible. You can walk through the monkey enclosure where lemurs etc can run freely and jump from tree to tree. The entrance fee is good value and you do need a few hours there to make it... More

Well what can I say. I have never seen a park so clean and well look after. All the animals look healthy the staff were great with them. Was such a pleasure to walk round. Half a day but that was looking at every think think they had to offer. The hippopotamus were great when you see them massive glass... More

It is more than a zoo, it has a scenic view copying Africa. There are alot of species, good variety, you will need at least two hours to visit it.

I was apprehensive as we were a mature couple with no children. It was a great experience, the animals seemed well cared for and it was very interesting. The only downside was that the cinema screenings were not very frequent. Overall a lovely place to visit

Really... I read this title in another review, and I'm stealing it. Really this zoo should be an example for all other zoos. You can almost touch the animals (In the madagascar part you really cán, but you may not!). It's quite expensive, but part of you entrance ticket goes to forests and protection of Madagascar for the moment. You... More
