Visited the water park today. Park is small. Cash/ card to pay entry fee. Only cash allowed to purchase food once inside ( cash machine 3 minute walk away ) sun beds are FREE!! We arrived at 11:10am to people already queuing. Opening time was 11:30am. Took our own food, purchased 2 ice creams and 2 coffees ( which cost roughly €7.50 ) which were very reasonably priced in comparison to other places. Park was not over full, in fact the manager refused entry once the park was at capacity. Very small queues. Height limits for the 3 largest rides. My eldest (6) couldn’t go on 1 ride as she was too small ( the orange slide ). My youngest (4) was very content in the baby/ smaller area and in the big pool. Both daughters really enjoyed their day. We were able to let our kids explore, with confidence ( but never completely unattended). We will be visiting again before our holiday ends. Would highly recommend this water park. No float suits allowed on the rides. Only in the pools. We took arm bands and the konfidence float suits but removed all the floats, so the kids are more protection from the sun… hardly any shade!!! Hats and sun glasses also allowed in pools!

Brilliant little water park. We visited as a family of 5 with kids of 15, 11 and 7
Can’t fault it at all. It’s only a very small water park but that’s all we needed, couple of big slides and small ones for the kids and baby’s. Food was fantastic everything was clean. Staff are brilliant. Don’t go if you want a massive high slides etc this is not it but if you want a great starter water park this is it. Free parking and very reasonable entry fee.

Pros: Plenty of empty loungers + seats. Guards take their job very seriously and clearly keep the children safe. Drinks and ice-cream inside the park fairly priced. We were there on a weekday and there were no queues for any of the slides.
Cons: Only three slides for kids above the age of 6, one of which can only be ridden by children above 120cm (maybe 130cm?).
We got there around 2pm and stayed until 4:30-ish pm. I think about 2hrs for kids above the age of 5 or 6 (who are used to waterslides) is probably the max amount of time you can get away with without the kids getting bored.

we were very disappointed with the water park. our biggest disappointment was reserving sunbeds even though they are hardly used. we were not provided with sunbeds during our entire several hour visit. the most daring customers even booked several sun loungers and a dining table. customer service doesn't get praise either. the owner wasn't really interested in the customer's feedback, but when I went to discuss the matter, he threw up his hands and told me he couldn't do anything about it. according to what he said, it's okay for them even if chairs are reserved even if there aren't any and they're not interested even if some have to stand in the area. choose another option. you can't leave the water park sometimes and money other than cash is accepted inside. I can't recommend the water park to anyone.

Great water park for smaller kids. Fairly small, felt safe, was clean and plenty of sun beds/tables and chairs to base yourselves. We arrived just before opening time and joined the queue to ensure we got in due to it being summer hols . Once open we got in fairly quickly, can pay by card on the door but cash only inside. Our 5 year old wasn’t quite big enough for the larger slides but will return next summer for sure!

They did not let a 9-year-old disabled child use the water slide where even small kids with floating device are allowed to slide, because he was so thrilled after sliding that he did not understand he needs to get out from the pool immediately after sliding (he knows how to swim), and he was "sliding with his feet crossed". They did not let his parents to assist him or wait him in the pool to help him out from the water, and yet refused to let him slide saying it is so risky. The family said they've been to other waterparks in the area in this was the first one not to let their son enjoy the slides alone or even assisted.

We’ve just left for home after 2 weeks in Spain. Visited this water park with 2 kids ( 5 & 7 ) three times. Responsibly priced. Lots of space. Clean. I don’t think it’s ideal for older kids. Say 10+. Kids under 6, have only one slide they can use. Over 6 have 3 slides. Can take your own food. Open at 11:30 not 11, be sure to queue early.. many do. Will be back next year! Highly recommend.

We visited this water park recently and I would advise people not to go here unless you like being treated like your in a prison.
First of all The park is very small and kids will get very bored after a couple of hours! the staff and owner are so quick to enforce “petty rules” which is highly irritating. The staff are watching the customers like a hawk!
We was here a few years ago and Experienced the same pettiness from the staff.
The lifeguards are trained in a way to look miserable ( or maybe their not happy in the job) and to blow their whistle at the smallest thing.
To many examples list but I will give you one.
I Purchased lunch for all the family to the tune of 60 euros.
There is a seating with small tables. We moved two small tables together (literally 3ft) so we could enjoy our lunch altogether ( which by the way was very poor quality), then the fun police intervened and said we couldn’t move the table, I said what 3ft so we could eat the food we have just bought.
He stood over us (slight bout of small man syndrome) and said you need to speak to the owner! I told him to come over which he didn’t.
I went to see the owner and he just said that’s the rules they have enforced for 20 years ( otherwise people move table and chairs all over the park)
The staff and the owner made such a big thing about it, it was 3ft!
I told him it was ridiculous and petty and this place feels everywhere you turn your getting told off! This bloke is very argumentative. Whilst this was going on, the small man had separated the tables by 3 ft whilst my family were eating!!
The owner has a massive power trip. If you come around from the bar and interact with your Customers properly you might have less complaints of the same ilk.
Can you imagine what it’s like to live in this guys house! The Day was spoilt and would highly recommend to go elsewhere.
We should have gone to Aqua park Quesada instead. A zero from me!

We spent a full day here with our 6yo and 3yo and we all absolutely loved it! I can agree with all the positive comments here and cannot understand any of the negatives.
The park was clean, well maintained and felt extremely safe. It is in a well contained site which adds to its secure feel.
There is one fun pool at a depth of 1.5m. Right next to this is a much shallower (up to your calf) paddling area that has two fun slides for the toddlers. Our 3yo was happy to spend all day in here!
There is also a more regulation pool that goes to 2m depth and is around 20m long.
Then you have two flumes that can I believe be ridden by over 6s who are at least 1.1 (or is it 1.2m high?) And finally, leaving the best till last, a pendulum style flume that you ride down solo or in a pair, on a rubber ring and you slide backwards and forwards - so much fun! It took a lot to get our 6yo... and me, off it!
The day we went there were plenty of loungers that are included in the entry price, plus tables and chairs. You need to take your own towels. There is a coffee/ice cream/beer shack and a hot food kiosk. The latter is a bit pricey but you can take your own picnic.
As for the lifeguards and other staff; they were great! Yes, they blew their whistles now and then but so what? Everyone felt very safe there largely thanks to them and if the rules are not to throw people into the pools and not to drag sun loungers around then so be it. If the lifeguards want to have a chat with each other now and then, no worries! They were all nice kids, friendly and never compromised safety.
The only negative - we went back for a second visit on a Sunday and it was shut! Despite the website showing it was open 7 days a week. Sad faces all round.
So a fabulous day out for the young family. It is definitely aimed at younger kids - no real thrill packed, adrenaline-pumping slides (go elsewhere if that is what you are looking for) but a wonderful day for your Primary aged children and their family. It is reasonably priced too with any child 3 or younger getting free entry. There is loads of marked parking right outside on a quiet and wide residential road.
Thanks to all at Aquapark Flamingo, we had such a great day. As my 6yo said after his 20th go on the orange ring slide "this is the most fun day EVER"!!!!

My 13 year daughter enjoyed it just as much as my 8 year old! It hasn’t got huge thrill seeking rides but it is a lovely day out!

Head towards the Habaneras shopping centre and you will see it signposted.
It is about a 10 minute bus or taxi ride from Torrevieja centre.
