Excellent trip up the mountain with great instructors would recommend. The views once you are up are great we were lucky as the weather was good for the time of year. The tour guide also gave a commentary of all places of interest and things to look at.
Started with some instruction instructors were very helpful and event was well organised. This is the second time I have been on this trip and will definitely try the other tour next time we visit.

We did the Albir Natural Park tour. Great tuition at the shop to familiarise ourselves with the segways after which we were driven to the park. Kyrylo our guide was friendly, attentive & very knowledgeable of the surrounding areas, park & lighthouse history. We had a fantastic time & Kyrylo sent us a music video as a momento of my husbands birthday tour, what a lovely touch. Thank you.

Just thought i would wright review .just got back from golf trip to Benidorm
went with a company called golf travel center. Everything went perfect this is second time i have used this company and will use again.nothing was to much trouble, any time had queries or question thing sorted straight away.

We spent 2 hours on the Segway’s along the coast. Great fun and good vfm. Before setting off we were able to practice outside the shop

These guys are fantastic. All the staff are friendly and they really make you feel at ease. We went to the nature park and the views were breathtaking. Our tour guide was friendly, polite and had lots of information about the area.
So glad we found these guys well worth every penny!!
They talk you through and make sure you are safe and comfortable with the Segway you choose.

We did the mountain tour ,we had about 15 training when we booked & then another 15 mins before the tour started for about 2 hours it was amazing, we had a guide at the front & one st the back for a while giving us a full commentary about all the attractions we were passing, this was done by walkie talkies , Andrew our front guide kept checking we were both ok
I would 100% recommend this trip its such good fun & at €60 for over 2 hrs very good value for money 👍👍👍

My wife and I went up the mountain as a group of 7 . Segways themselves are great but lack of information and poor customer service really let them down . They asked us to turn up 15 mins early for 10 o clock trip but no one appeared till 10.30 . One of the other staff appeared after the shop was opened and did nothing but shout and swear in the shop , just not very good as there was a young kid in our group . The guide tried his best but spoke very little .Just a lack of information and poor service let them down . Could just hire a segway and have the same experience. Dissapointed as my wife was really looking forward to this .

Staff here are very friendly and the trip outside of Benidorm up the mountain gave us some stunning views of the resort. It's only about 4 or 5 km out so do visit this. It's on the north side of Benidorm. Anyway the staff give you plenty of time to familiarise yourself with the Segway before heading out. Be very careful though as if you clip the kerb you will probably fall off. Also when we were coming down the mountain we passed a digger being used to fill a skip with no fencing around it - health and safety would close them down here as being dangerous to passers by. Our guide also took us down a narrow one way street (wrong way) - I think an alternative route should be used. All in all it was a lovely morning out and if you're careful and aware of dangers you should enjoy it.

Hello Victoria! Segway is a personal transportation machine and it is very dangerous to do two people at once. Better e-bike with baby seat.

Normally kids can do segway tour form 10-11 y.o. Everything depends on height and weight of rider.
Minimum height- 1.20m
Minimum weight- 34 kg
