Museo Universidad de Navarra is an interesting museum which holds a contemporary art collection of rather beautiful works. The collection includes some well known artists, such as Pablo Picasso, Antoni Tàpies, Wassily Kandinsky, and Eduardo Chillida. There is also a good collection of photographs. Entry costs around €5, there is a reduced price for certain visitors and children go in free. There is a cafeteria too. A word of caution, the museum is closed on Mondays, as most museums are in Spain and much of Europe. Also there are reduced hours on Sundays and public holidays.…

Beautiful building, easy to park the car, very enjoyable to walk through each of the rooms. There is a detailed explanation available in several languages which helps a lot. The museum is spacious and clean with a lovely feel and good facilities. The lower floor was closed when we visited but there was plenty to keep us interested for about 1.5 hours. The museum contains artwork, sculpture and creative pieces. Also includes a Picasso piece. There is an on-site restaurant/cafe and museum shop. …

This is a small but very interesting Museum. Not only its content -contemporary art- but also the building itself. It contains an small but important collection of Contemporary Art (Rothko, Picasso, Tapies, Palazuelo, Chillida). The architect of the building is Rafael Moneo, the only Spanish architect awarded with Pritzker award. He is originally from Navarra and for instance has built the Cathedral of Los Angeles in the USA. I very high recommendation to visit.…
