This beautiful and ornate building is definitely well worth checking out. The plaza in front of the building bustles with tourists, local entertainment, protests, and once a year, the annual bull run. The surrounding cafes make for great viewing points to watch life in Pamplona pass by. …

That's where everything starts, and the center of the Running of the Bull opening and approval. It's amazing that the whole square is full of people during the opening ceremony and event. I mean, sea of people!!! It's also where the people against the bull fighting protested and lying naked. The running of the bull also passed there, and it's where the office of the mayor seats.…
