Decided on hiring bikes rather than a car as only really wanted to explore the resort. Communication was really good, delivered to the apartment from a friendly informative gent who went through instructions on how to use, supplied with bike lock, repairs etc in a little bag on the back, and an added bonus a basket on the front, which was a godsend to bring back supplies from the supermarket in the blazing heat. Collection was at a reasonable time too, not too early, 😀 I thoroughly enjoyed riding around, and would definitely recommend. Excellent service 👏

Great experience with e.Go. Could not have been better. Easy to book the bike online. Online cc payment was smooth and simple. Bike was delivered spot on time at correct location. Communication was excellent. Bike was relatively new, in excellent condition, and operated flawlessly. Bike came with a helmet and lock and means for recharging. Murcia city is relatively bike friendly, and I used the e-bike to explore much more of the city and surrounding area than otherwise would have been possible. I wish there were businesses like this in the other Spanish cities I visited on this trip. Top class business!

We rented two E-bikes whilst on holiday just to get around on the resort where we were staying. They were great fun and easy to ride. I am recovering from an operation on my ankle and can't really ride a regular bike, but with an e-bike, I was able to with no pain at all. I would definitely recommend e. Go. The whole process from booking the bikes on line to getting them dropped off at our holiday villa was really straightforward. Steve from e.Go gave us a quick instruction brief (although it was really easy) and then we were off. The rental included safety helmets. We will definitely rent them again next time we are back in Murcia.

The bike was delivered exactly on time as agreed. The taillight was missing but shortly after was immediately supplied so the bike was complete and in new condition. A big thank you to ego bike for the perfect and fast service. I' ll come renting again with you soon. Best regards. Marcel

Me and my wife rented electric bikes as a way to get around without a car. We used them mainly to get to the shops which were a bit too far to walk from where we were staying, but we also had a great afternoon riding around Lo Pagan and the nearby mud baths. It was good as we didn't need to worry about finding parking spaces and could just stop when we felt like it to take photos or grab a drink.
It was really easy to book the bikes and they were delivered to our villa. Very happy with everything. Recommended.

We rented two bikes on very late notice from Steve, and he was more than accommodating with excellent response times and quick, easy delivery and pick up. Would highly recommend! :)
