Reduced facilities?

This is the first beach you come too walking from the City - port end. Covid19 restrictions now in place - sensibly. Masks must be worn on the beach unless you r are basically distanced under one of the parasols. It has to be said that the parasols have seen better days. Whilst the beach was spotlessly clean , paper and plastic litter was being washed ashore in many places - why do people do this?? Summer Lifeguards still on duty in early September which is good to see. No beach vendors and little opportunity to buy refreshments other than a nearby Macdonalds !

San Lorenzo is the first beach you come too walking from the centre of town. It has facilities for disabled beach access, tlilets and changing room. Showers in the beach. Volley ball and beach football. Sun parasols are kn the beach in summer and sun loungers are available to rent for the day.
