Purchased a washer/dryer online, 899euros the item was delivered 5 days later. We then tried to use it only to realise it was faulty. We phoned 6 times and sent 11 emails asking for it to be collected and a refund made. That was 3 weeks ago, this company is a total sham and I would recomend to NOT buy from them. As a national company they are a national disgrace.

You can buy here only products available in the shop and those you don't expect to need any aftersales service (like a book, etc.). Customer support is disaster. Online shopping is now their main problem, with products they are not delivering, etc.

ECI sells online items shown as 'in stock', give a generous 14 day delivery deadline, deliver less of half of the articles, and then gives you notices saying that unfortunately the outstanding items will be late, with no commitment handover date. They should not sell products they do not have and let customers buy somewhere else, or give the opportunity of cancelling the purchase when going beyond the maximum deadline.

If you've seen Debenhams stores, here's a lot like that store. A collection of large and medium brands that are very large together. It might be good to take a look there!
