Before our ten-day stay in Madrid I booked a tour of the Prado museum with Madrid Expert and I must say I couldn't've made a better choice. Our guide was simply fantastic: very friendly, extremely knowledgable and capable of making every moment of a long museum tour enjoyable. All our questions were answered in an expertly manner and at the end of the tour we all thought we'd been given a fantastic lesson in art and history. We never felt forced to look at anything we were not interested in. On the contrary: all our wishes were obligingly catered for. I full-heartedly recommend Madrid Expert to anyone who doesn't simply want to tick the Prado but also wants to learn more about the fantastic pieces of art in the museum.

Incredible experience, we discovered Madrid from its origins to today understanding past present and future with Javier, which shared with us his thorough knowledge of his city, with passion and an such an amusing way to share facts in a story telling technique. His approach as architect and urbanist made the whole thing just unforgettable. He situated us in context, adapted the tour super nicely to our needs and showed us corners and unimagined facts and places and its connection to the rest of the World. If you are a foodie and night life...he is your man!! he knows exactly where to get the best wine,beer, mojitos, seafood, typical dishes or dance in the city. I strongly recommend this tour If you want to know the real Madrid and have an unforgettable experience

I travelled solo from Pennsylvania to Spain early Dec '21. My work kept me busy till the day of my travel so I had to keep my travel plans in Spain fluid. By good luck, I found Madrid Expert and since then it was happy days for me there. Upon my last minute request, I had an array of tours exclusively arranged for me that was in and around Madrid. My tour guides were two most amazing people - Geza and Linda. Geza is a firecracker, a fellow gemini and we kicked it off just like that. He is kind, smart, super friendly, and an absolute expert who will make you experience Madrid like no other! I had the evening walking tour, Toledo and the bicycle tour with him - 100% worth it. Consider yourself luck if you get Geza as your guide! I also had the Museo Del Prado tour with Linda, and I gotta tell you that she made me fall in love with a lot of Spanish artists. Goya, Ribeira, Velázquez, and Bosch are my favorites. Linda's art tours are class above, she builds a narrative as we move through the paintings, you'll stay hooked till the end of the tour. These are amazing people as tour guides who do above and beyond for you! They are worth your time and money. I would recommend them 100% on and on! Love - Hema, USA.

We are a family of five, with three teenagers, who spent a week in Madrid, in July 2021. Ever since we started planning our trip to Madrid, Carmen treated us as a family and organized activities for every day, which included visitingthe Prado mseum, going to Toledo, having a bike city tour, and enjoying the flamenco show. Simply amazing! We hadthea pleasure to have Linda and Cesar as our guides. We can highly recommend Madrid Expert. Every tour was fun and educational. Madrid Expert guides made the trip super enjoy,able especially for the kids. We loved Madrid, and we loved Madrid Expert.

We took the all-day Madrid tour with skip the line access to the palace and Prado museum. Hector our guide was wonderful. He taught us tons about the city. I especially apprecited the guided tour he gave us of the Prado museum. We had two teen-agers with us, and even they appreciate the fine art based on Hector's descriptions. I highlghy recommend this tour, especially for families with teens in tow.

My partner and I made our first visit to Spain in June 2022. We have had previous positive experiences using private guides. Madrid Experts connected us with two - one for Madrid (full day) and one for Toledo (half day with no notice). We were blown away by the education and experience of these two guides. So knowledgeable of history and place. Toledo was such a surprise and being able to expierence the history of the buildings, places and historic people and how they played into this amazing place, was well worth the adventure. We will use them again and recommended them already to other Spain adventureres.

I was alone in Madrid and decided to take a walking tour. I signed up for a six-hour walking tour and was lucky enough to have Geza as a tour guide. It was a great tour. I saw a lot of Madrid, and Geza knows his stuff. He is an expert in philosophy and art and knows many languages. Geza is worldly and easy to talk to made the tour fantastic. I highly recommend taking a walking tour of Madrid and ask for Geza!

We had an excellent cycle trip with Geza learning about the Spanish Civil War. We learnt so much and Geza was a fantastic, knowledgeable guide. We would have booked another trip with him but he was booked up for the rest of our stay!! We will definitely book another trip when we return to Madrid.

Madrid Expert arranged a private driver & guide for a half day (morning tour) of El Escorial. They worked with us and our schedule for this tour as we were going to start a group tour in the afternoon. We were originally supposed to visit the Valley of the Fallen as well, but it was closed to visitors as Franco's remains were being moved that week. Madrid Expert informed of this development ahead of time, so we knew what to expect. Our guide was very knowledgeable, and we loved hearing about El Escorial & its history. We learned so much that we wouldn't have been able to if we had gone by ourselves.

We had the privilege of Rosalia guiding us around both Madrid and Toledo for two days in February. Since we only had a long weekend in Madrid, we chose the Madrid by Car tour and added a walking tour of the Royal Palace. The following day we drove to Toledo for a walking tour. Rosalia displayed her knowledge and experience as she taught us about Spanish history, art, politics and architecture.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time with Rosalia. It was like being toured by an old friend with local knowledge and info! We highly recommend Madrid Experts and Rosalia to anyone seeking a private tour in Madrid or Toledo.

My name is Nissim and I am from Israel and I want to travel to Madrid for 7 days, out of which 5 days and the remaining two days to do elsewhere in Spain.
