    Guided tour of Bernabéu stadium
My family and I did a guided tour of the Bernabéu stadium. Yanny, our tour guide, was so pleasant and very informative. Easy to listen to and he switched between Spanish and English effortlessly. Yanny answered any questions we had and made the tour that bit more special. Many thanks. Angela

    Santiago Bernabeu visit
The Santiago Bernabeu Stadium stands as a hallowed ground for football enthusiasts, an architectural marvel that encapsulates the rich history and triumphs of Real Madrid. Beyond the breathtaking structure, the trophy cabinet within is a shrine to the club's unparalleled success. As you enter, the gleam of silverware echoes the glorious victories etched into the club's legacy. The trophy cabinet is a testament to Real Madrid's dominance, adorned with countless La Liga titles, UEFA Champions League trophies, and FIFA Club World Cup triumphs. The glittering hardware reflects the prowess of football legends who graced the iconic white jersey. Walking past the cabinet is a stroll through football history, a journey marked by the electric moments, heart-stopping goals, and the unyielding spirit of the team. The sheer magnitude of silver and gold is a visual symphony, telling the story of a club that not only conquered the domestic stage but also soared to unparalleled heights on the global footballing arena. The Santiago Bernabeu's trophy cabinet is not just a collection of metal; it's a testament to the enduring legacy of Real Madrid, a living testament to football excellence.

It will be great when it's finished.
An amazing stadium with exceptional views, even from the nose bleed sections. It is still under construction, so not all the electrics were connected when we were there. A bit cold as not all heating was working. The volunteer staff are excellent. Seat numbering is interesting. Only down side was exiting. Suggest walking down the ramps where possible. Escalators dump everybody in increasingly chaotic piles with no escape.

If you are not the greatest stadium in the world, you are a masterpiece, you are mesmerized as soon as you step inside, and when the stadium is full, then you can't beat it. In 2024, we will have both the Laliga victory and the Champions League victory, and we Madridistas will be drunk with victory that day. We are shaping the squad of the future with our young talents, we are getting ahead of our rivals and we can add 1 more superstar to our squad, it must be every footballer's dream to play in this magnificent stadium.

After visiting several famous stadiums over the years i was expecting so much more from Real Madrid. You can’t dispute the success on the pitch of such a great club but the self guided tour was a big disappointment. It’s possible to use the audio guide (costs extra) only on the first part of the tour and it’s fairly useless - My 13 son’s didn’t work so we had to go back to the entrance to get a new one. The toilets that use can use on the tour were disgraceful - no toilet paper anywhere snd in need of a makeover - really embarrassing. They should try Ireland’s Aviva stadium tour of Old Trafford tour to pick up some ideas. Even the Nou Camp tour was in a completely different league. Thumbs down.

Worst experience ever, they charge 20€ per person and this is an extremely reduced visit where you can see some cups and trophies and lots of TVs, the visit could last 10’ maximum if you read all the descriptions. You can have a seat to see a stadium under construction but 20€ per person is not worthy!

It has nothing but negative remarks: dirty / under construction and in consequence, lots of restrictions while visiting the stadium / ceilings were drowning / lack of signage / bad organization / lack of consideration to visitors as they don’t mention what you’ll see and what you’ll miss.

NOT WORTHY AND NOT RECOMMENDED!!

Visited in January 2022, I paid €15 per person for the tour of the arena. Only included was a small area of the upper terrace stand, the trophy room and the shop in total it took us 20 minutes to see all areas. I wish I had’ve known the tour would be this poor before I paid. It was also marketed as a tour there was no map or guide you simply walk around yourself. I was very disappointed I would not recommend visiting until repair works are completed.

As most of the more recent reviews have said, you are essentially paying to visit a building site. We bought our tickets on line so saved €10 each but still far too expensive for what’s on offer. They should either stop tours at the moment or charge a nominal fee of €5 at the very most. I’m sure it has been a great tour in the past and will be even better in the future but for now, give it a miss and certainly don’t get ripped off for €155 for a shirt.

DO NOT BUY THE TOUR. Go visit camp nou in barcelona instead.

If I could give negative stars, I would. We had tickets for 2pm tour on 12/31. We arrived at the gate listed on the ticket at 2:03pm (yes, we were 3 min late) and there were no signs of anyone there.

When we finally found our way to the clothing store, the ladies working told us it closed at 2pm?! Our tour was at 2pm AND when we were booking, we saw there were tours until 6pm. Yea, we were 3 min late, but there were no signs of anyone there when we arrived at the gate. We asked if we could refund or reschedule since we paid 15 euro per ticket (60 euro total) and they told us to email them. (We got no reply and help).

I came here to see other people’s reviews and it’s obvious that the stadium is just scamming tourists hoping to get away with not giving a tour since the stadium is under heavy construction. I saw other peoples reviews saying there’s nothing to see so it makes sense that they would try to shut off tour access ASAP so you feel like you missed out when really they are ripping you off to see construction.

There website is NOT transparent at all about the construction. And I saw other people were paying 20 euro per ticket a few months ago, whereas our tickets were 15 euro, and NOW the website is selling them for 12 euros.

It’s obvious they know they’re grifting folks with nothing to see so they’re lowering prices. Yes, we were late, but I’m sure even if we made it in, it would have been a disappointment. They are really unacommodating for tourists who travel from all over the world and are unfamiliar with the city.

TLDR: don’t visit now! You should only visit after they finish construction unless you want to see some construction. Otherwise, just live off the pictures online.

It's an absolute scandal that they're charging for this while the building works are going on. You'll pay €15 for a 'tour', arrive at your appointed time, guide yourself around a lobby area with some trophies and photos and then, if you want, you can go and look at the building site where the pitch will eventually be. Shocking. Should be closed to the public during the building works.

Avoid at all costs while the stadium is being renovated. Charged £12 to see the pitch from afar, half a dozen trophy cabinets and the club store. Also countless sales of Real Madrid memberships and Photoshopped images with the players and Champions League.

The majority of the tour was closed so no access to the pitch, press office or changing rooms - but still charged full price, if it was free I would have still felt ripped off.

I paid €15 for a 'tour' and had to book a time to visit. At no point was I warned about the revamp of the stadium and wrongly assumed that as the season was a few weeks away, it would be a great tour.

However, I was taken to a lobby area with lots of trophies but could not hear myself think due to the sound of a pneumatic drill. 15 mins later, I arrived at the pitch side, which contained several diggers instead of grass, before being led to the Real Madrid store where I could buy a special edition shirt for over €100.

I'm sure the stadium will look amazing when it's completed, but it's not acceptable to take people's money and waste their time by guiding them around what is essentially construction site. Poor show!

Booked days in advance, arrived 20 minutes before my allotted time only to see a queue stretching around the corner of what looked like a building site. It was going to be well over an hour queueing outside with no indication of how busy it was inside also. So decided not to waste time queueing when I could be doing other things in this amazing city! Waste of €15 and just so annoying that the Club was so disorganised with allocating times and obviously overselling visitor tickets.

Great tour except for the staff forcing the visitors to stand in long lines because they want to take your pictures so they can sell them to you. They will not let you bypass these lines, it’s really a ridiculous waste of everyone’s time and takes away from your enjoyment. It wouldn’t be so bad if it’s done just once, but they do it more than that.

Other than that, it’s great to see the inside of the locker room, the pitch and the trophy areas. Th3 store in the stadium is a concession, not a Real Madrid store. If you want to buy from Real Madrid, visit their store on the Gran Via.
