Whether you are or aren’t massive on football the Bernabeu is a must see. With easy access to get to from Gran Via in the city centre (we got a cab for €9) you cannot miss the stadium as you approach!

Tours start at column B and you can take everything in at your own pace which was ideal for us as you get to spend as long as you want in every section.

We paid €25 each for the stadium tour (no audio guide included) which involved views of the stadium from the very top, middle, dug out, full access to the changing rooms, press room and of course full knowledge and never ending shrine to the many trophies Real have won over the years.

The tour also has fun interactive things to do along the way as well as photo opportunities with players and the champions league trophy.

We overall spent 2-3 hours here and it was definitely worth every penny we paid.

Growing up in the States, we are traditional American football fans; however in the last few years have taken more interest in fútbol (or what we refer to as soccer). During our trip planning for our vacation to Spain, visiting the home field for The Real Madrid was one of the first things on the list of places especially for my husband; so today we made that happen. Although the stadium is under construction, the club still allows access to show fans from all over the world that the best is yet to come... Real Madrid is the real deal. The gold standard of excellence for an FC I must say. I was amazed from the time I landed my first panoramic view of the field which was followed by the energy that I felt as we walked through the halls that boasts the accomplishments from over the years of such a legendary team.

I am a fan of football and therefore appreciate Real and all its amazing history...

I went with my 11yo son. Was surprised that the admission costs €43 did not include the Audio Visual guide which costs an extra €12 for the 2 of us.

Overall, I would not recommend the audio guide as there is so much information already included in the various printouts, screens and audios that the guide becomes a distraction...

Visited in January 2022, I paid €15 per person for the tour of the arena. Only included was a small area of the upper terrace stand, the trophy room and the shop in total it took us 20 minutes to see all areas. I wish I had’ve known the tour would be this poor before I paid. It was also marketed as a tour there was no map or guide you simply walk around yourself. I was very disappointed I would not recommend visiting until repair works are completed.

Avoid at all costs while the stadium is being renovated. Charged £12 to see the pitch from afar, half a dozen trophy cabinets and the club store. Also countless sales of Real Madrid memberships and Photoshopped images with the players and Champions League.

The majority of the tour was closed so no access to the pitch, press office or changing rooms - but still charged full price, if it was free I would have still felt ripped off.

Worst experience ever, they charge 20€ per person and this is an extremely reduced visit where you can see some cups and trophies and lots of TVs, the visit could last 10’ maximum if you read all the descriptions. You can have a seat to see a stadium under construction but 20€ per person is not worthy!

It has nothing but negative remarks: dirty / under construction and in consequence, lots of restrictions while visiting the stadium / ceilings were drowning / lack of signage / bad organization / lack of consideration to visitors as they don’t mention what you’ll see and what you’ll miss.

NOT WORTHY AND NOT RECOMMENDED!!

As a massive football fan I was very excited to visit the stadium but ahead was one massive disappointment. For 15 euros I got a glimpse at the construction site, was subjected to poor customer service, and was offered to pay more for the Champions league cup's picture. The only thing one gets to see is some older trophies on the display while listening on repeat to loud Nessun Dorma aria. Puccini' masterpiece by Pavarotti is completely misplaced and misused in the shameful context. Visits to the press room, dressing room or bench areas are not included in the tour. I understand that the stadium is undergoing a renovation but the tour organizers need to be honest and better halt the visits if such cannot be organised properly. Complete disgrace by Santiago Bernabeu.

Due to work being done on the stadium you can only sit for a short while in the stadium before doing the trophy room which i expected to be a lot bigger than it was. Our group had our photo taken with a trophy which i thought was a little expensive at 18 Euro. A bit disappointing to be honest.

The stadium is under construction , half of the field is soil and the second half grass with lights on
All you see is the trophies , see the field as described above then take picture and 7 min vedio About how the stadium will be.
We didn't see the players changing room or were they meet or the lockers with the players names , then small shop were things super expensive.
And after all of that , they charged us the full price

Waste of money!!
If only half the tour is available because of the construction work then the price should be halved!! Paid €69 for 5 of us to see a few trophies, very disappointing. This info was on the website but only at the bottom of the list and in our haste to book we didn't read it. Please don't waste your money (no wonder they can afford to renovate the stadium)
