Its a bridge , very ordinary, although its in the Madrid Rio park which has some other more interesting bridges and is quite a pleasant place to be on a sunni day.

Arganzuela pedestrian bridge, 274 m in length, is wonderful. Wau-architecture, designed by Dominique Perrault. Steel and luminous, nice river views. One of the most beautiful modern bridges is Spain. Nearest Metro station Legazpi.

Worth a visit if you're in the area, a cool modern structure and very striking. Contrasts the Puente de Toledo well in the traditional meets modern context.

If you get the opportunity to take a walk through the Madrid Rio Parkland make sure you get to see and cross over El Puente Monnumental de Arganzuela. This stunning silver bridge, designed by the French architect Dominique Perrault, resembles a very fancy large corkscrew...More
