I've been in Spain for 3 weeks. We were doing a quick overnight in Madrid from Toledo on our way to Barcelona. Stopped at this place on the Plaza del Angel,14. Looks like a typical Spanish restaurant until you step in. Very modernistic and a not so run of the mill menu. I had the mussels and husband had a twist on papas braves. Then I ordered the "toastada" as pictured. Warm whole grain bread with 3 huge slices of goat cheese, caramelized nuts covered with a fruit syrup glaze. 6.5€ and worth every penny. The waiter was so helpful, place was sparkling clean. Would go again anytime!
