While a lot of Madrid restaurant cater mainly for meat eaters, El Azul de Fucar is a haven for vegetarians, vegans and carnivores alike. We had salmoreja, which is available with or without ham and truly delicious, marinated mushrooms with spinach and a pumpkin burger. Everything was very tasty and my only regret was that the portions were so generous that we couldn't sample any cake for the desert. This lovely little neighbourhood has a relaxed and friendly atmosphere and is well worth a visit.…
