I tried to return a coat after one day i sent it back one day right after coming to the states because I was leaving early the next day and they were not open before my flight . I spent another 600 to get it there within a few days. They knew I could not afford it. I even priced it here that morning before and they balked at the price and sent it back. But because they were very rude about me not buying it that it was for me no matter what and I would bring further sales so they really made no money on it, by her son's comments I felt uncomfortable, when I first came in he was commenting unfavorably, I should have left but I was taken by all of their honesty of price etc. which I should have read your first review !!!!! I liked her furs, they were very beautiful and as an outsider enticed, they said best price on and on. They denied receiving it and sent it back , which was funny because how did they know if they did not receive it. Anyway I am out 3,500 dollars and 600 for sending it, they were supposed to send additional gloves and belt I paid for and never received as well and the coat got lost in customs I was told months later. They did not even send it back appropriately.

Elena Beanrroch is known for her very expensive fur coats. It is probably the most expensive fur store in Spain. You will be shocked by the prices. The owner is in society and friend to the richest women in Madrid.
