Best way to get to know Madrid

We had a really nice 3 hour bike tour on a Saturday morning. Our tour guide Sebastian made the tour both fun and informative. Warm recommendation for a first timer in Madrid.

This bike tour was excellent! We took a Sunday morning tour when the roads were quieter. Kaspar was a fantastic guide from the start, welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly. The bikes are in great condition and easy to ride. The route was a gentle ride around Madrid but took in all of the sites. There was plenty of time to stop... More

Enjoyed a great bike tour seeing parts of Madrid I would never have got to. Sebastian was a great knowledgable tour host. As it was midweek and winter, it was just me on the tour so saw lots more than if had been with a big group. Weather was fantastic. Coffee stop included. Would definitely recommend.

Great communications with Kasper at their HQ, and a great tour around the wet streets of Madrid. I really recommend this company, their bikes were great, our well travelled, Belgian guide (who lives in Madrid and knows it intimately) was knowledgeable and entertaining. Despite the wet weather we were safe, and dipped into a covered market, to see true Madrid... More

My wife and I have discovered that cycling tours are a great way to get and introduction and overview of a new city - especially if it's a good company/guide. I was in Madrid for a quick getaway and Bravo Bike hit the mark - an easy, enjoyable and informative ride around Madrid. Our guide Sebastian was super friendly, knowledgeable,... More

We had a fantastic bike tour through Madrid with the family. The tour guide was awesome and had all four kids in our group riding right beside him talking the entire time. What a fantastic way to get an overview of the city and find all the less known places to go back and visit!

We did several bike tours in a lot of cities, and this one is one of the best. Kasper is a great guide, gives a lot of information and knows much more if you're interested in more details. He drives safe, not to slow and the 3 hours plus some extra time pass before you know it. Bikes are also... More

The shop is located in a street just off placa de espana and is a 2 minute walk from the metro stop there. Very easy to get to. The staff are very friendly. Our guide was from Belgium and now a Madrid local. He was a very funny guy and was very informative about the different aspects of the tour.... More

Staying in Arguelles

Neighborhood Profile
Arguelles
Just south of the sprawling campus of the Complutense University of Madrid, Arguelles exudes a fast-paced, collegiate vibe. The main street, Calle Princesa, is filled with twenty-somethings rushing between classes and errands, meeting up with classmates, and grabbing cheap beers and cheap eats. This is a prime shopping spot where the major Spanish clothing and department store chains are less busy than their downtown counterparts, and there is an array of casual dining options to choose from. Check out nearby outdoor spaces such as the lushly planted Plaza de España to the south, which is often filled with craft stalls. To the west of Arguelles is the giant Parque Oueste, a calm and picturesque park with its own Egyptian temple.
