Bodegas RODA is placed besite the Ebro river, in a balcony of the Station District of Haro, on a centenary cellar. The installations were designed to measure of our wines: seventeen french oak vats (as many as selected vineyards per season), a bioclimatic room resulted of a completely new commitement for the innovation and two rooms of ageing which were dug directly in the rock, the results are: Bodegas Roda Sela, Roda Reserva, Roda I Reserva and Cirsion.

We visited Haro on April 16-17, 2018, on a wine pilgrimage of sorts. I fell in love with the wines of the Rioja Alta region when I first visited Spain in the 1990's, and finally was able to visit the actual wineries on this trip....More

Did not do the tour but people we met had booked a table they have on the Ebro river behind the winery. You walk through the cellar tunnel to the river and as they had had a lot of rain the tunnel was dripping. You...More

Whilst visiting Haro this Bodega stood out by its virtue of being different. To be able to sample the wines in the original cellar is a different and chilly experience, Not only can I recommend the wies but also the experience

Roda offers a tasting of their wines of various types as well as an olive oil, all of which were very tasty. They offer a range of wines in terms of grape and age and style. Hence, it is possible to see the character differences...More

Enjoyed the English tour with another group. The old world style winemaking was interesting. We didn't buy any of their wine (the tasting offered wasn't to our liking), but did enjoy the olive oil.

We toured this winery in Oct, due to the early hour (10am) we ended up on a private tour! It was so informative and we saw different areas of the winery. We also tasted 2 of their wines and an olive oil that they make....More

Yes you can taste and buy without going on a tour. There is a fee chargeable though.
