Our tour guide took us to this cemetery. Some of the people that died with Admiral Nelson are buried here (Nelson was taken home to London). The battle is a big one in history and it was nice to visit a small part of it.

This is a historic cemetery used to bury casualties of war, both before and after Trafalgar. Nelson’s bust has been removed which was disappointing. Still very educational and well worth a visit. A short walk from town or take the no.1,2 or 9 buses.

Cemetery is located immediately to left as you pass through South Bastion arch at far end of Main St. Well worth a visit to look round this small plot which is well maintained by Gibraltar Heritage Trust (gardeners were busy clearing/weeding when I was there)....More

This is where men from the Navy boats that either died later or were killed at the battle have ended up. There are other graves from people who were victims etc. of other conflicts.

There are some very old graves in this cemetery and if you are into family history or just have an intrerest in the subject then you can spend a pleasant thirty minutes or so in this cemetery.

This is a very small cemetery for sailors killed at the Battle of Trafalgar. It right next to a busy road but is a haven of peace and quite. The grounds are well tended and offer shade and a place of reflection.

A cemetery might seem a very unusual tourist attraction but for anyone with an interest in British history or naval history or members of the Royal Navy, this is a must. Located at the Africa end of Main Street, near the cable car station, it...More

Such a moving place to visit - graves of those who died at Trafalgar. It's a vivid insight into how hard the life of a sailor was in the early 1800s. There is indeed some corner of a foreign field that is forever England -...More

Visited this and found it quite sad. If you are British it brings home to you how hard being a sailor at that time was. There are some very young boys buried here who all succumbed to injuries or fever linked to Trafalgar. Although the...More
